 Blizzard has just announced the release date for season 27 of Diablo 3. Here we tell you everything you need to know about this new season.

Almost 4 months after the release of the last season, Blizzard has announced the release date for Diablo 3 Season 27. The American publisher also took the opportunity to unveil the theme of this new season as well as its various rewards.

Diablo 3 Season 27 will begin Friday, August 26, 2022, on all platforms. The theme for the season will be Call of the Light. Each player will be able to obtain angelic powers to improve their skills.

When is Diablo 3 season 27 coming out?

As Blizzard announced on the official Diablo 3 Twitter account, Season 27 of the game will be released on Friday, August 26, 2022. This announcement is accompanied by an article on the game's website detailing the new features coming with this season.

Players will be able to find the following items for season 27 of Diablo 3.

• A new seasonal theme: Call of the Light. A new consumable is added to the game: the Angelic Crucible. Collecting this item allows you to add unique powers to your legendary items.
• Season 15 rewards return. A portrait inspired by the Eternal Conflict, a Belphegor pet, an undead dog, and the breastplate and gloves from the Conqueror set will be offered to you.

• Barbarian: Fury of the Wilderness.
• Crusader: The Legacy of Roland.
• Demon Hunter: Desecrated Essence.
• Witch Doctor: The Harness of the Fangs of Hell.
• Necromancer: The Bones of Rathma.
• Monk: The Raiment of a Thousand Storms.
• Sorcerer: The Elements of Tal Rasha.
