Why didn't the promo code work?

It is possible that the promotional code will not be redeemed. There are several reasons:

1. The server was unable to process your request. There are currently delays between entering a code and receiving a reward for it. Perhaps you just need to wait a while.
2. You have exhausted the number of activations of the promotional code. You can use the code a limited number of times on at least one account. If a player has already received a reward, then most likely he will not be able to pick it up again.
