Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is available today on PC and consoles. A few days before the start of the new season on Warzone 2.0, the new version of the battle royal put in the spotlight with a brand new map, you can already play multiplayer on MW2.


Several challenges await you in MW2, including unlocking all weapon camouflages. To do this, the system is the same as usual, you must complete different challenges on several weapons and advance from camouflage to camouflage. How to perform a point-blank kill in Modern Warfare 2?

To achieve this type of elimination, you must eliminate an opponent while being close to him. Of course, there is no indication in-game to know in advance whether or not you meet the requirements for a point-blank elimination. The best method is to get as close to your opponent as possible to eliminate them. 


There are tricks, which may not please your opponents. If you want to succeed without taking your head too much, you can decide to camp a passing spot with an effective point-blank weapon such as a shotgun, or a pistol and use it by surprising passing opponents.



Some weapons in the game require you to do point-blank kills when they're clearly not designed for that. As an example, if you want to perform a point-blank kill with the MK2 Assault Rifle, you might have to go through it multiple times. No secret, unfortunately, waiting for the opportune moment to perform this type of elimination. The best solution is always to find a place to camp and get the maximum elimination at close range.
