Where does the hermit Koco appear?

The Hermit Koco can be found on all the main islands in the game, even in multiple locations on the same island. However, if you are in a hurry to meet him, in the following image we point out the earliest location in the game where you can find him:

Hermit Koco's role in Sonic Frontiers is to boost Sonic's strength and defense levels in exchange for seeds. That is, you can give this character :

• Red power seeds.
• Blue defense seeds.

The Hermit Koco can increase your strength and defense levels up to a maximum of 99 each. In addition, you can also swap the speed levels and maximum rings you raise with the old Koco if you want to modify them.
