The popular Stumble Guys cannot yet completely protect itself from errors due to its early development phase. In this guide, we explain how to deal with various errors.
Stumble Guys won't start
If Stumble Guys doesn't start, Customer Service will give you the following recommendations:
- Completely close the game.
- Update your smartphone. You can find the option for this on Android in the settings under "About your phone".
- Clears the cache of your smartphone. You can find the option for this on Android in the settings under “Apps” under “Cache”.
- Check your internet connection.
The same steps are recommended for iOS devices.
Where is Stumble Guys on the Play Store?
If you can't find Stumble Guys in the Play Store, then your Android version isn't compatible with the game.
You can still install the game by downloading the associated APK file and installing it on your smartphone.
How do you recover a lost account?
Stumble Guys makes it very easy to delete accounts. However, if you have lost valuable in-game items as a result, you can restore it. For this you need:
- The name of your old account
- A new account
- Proof that you have invested money in Stumble Guys. With every purchase, you will receive a purchase receipt via email. You can also request a new receipt from customer service at the relevant store.
Sends this information to support. You can paste the receipt into the form as a link.
To prevent your content from being lost, we also recommend that you link your account to your Google/Apple/Facebook ID in the game settings.
Advertising and videos for the lucky spin are disabled
To re-enable the lucky spin, you can watch videos. If that doesn't work, there can be two reasons :
- Your spins are exhausted. Even with videos, you can only shoot up to five times a day.
- You have not given consent for advertising in your privacy settings. You can grant this by clicking on the "Change consent" button. Select "Manage options" and "Accept all".
