Victoria 3 "Console activation and list of console commands"

 

To activate the console, do the following:

Through the launcher :

• Switch to " Game Settings ".
• Scroll down and check the box next to " Open game in Debug Mode ".

Via Steam :

• Right-click on the game and select properties.
• Add the line " -debug_mode " to the launch options, at the very bottom.

Without Steam :

• We make a shortcut to the main executable file " victoria3.exe " on the desktop.
• Right-click on it, and select properties.
• Add the " -debug_mode " command to the end of the object line, separated by a space.
• An example of a correct command is " ...\victoria3.exe" -debug_mode ".

The console is called during the game through the tilde key " ~ ".

Using cheats disables achievements!

• add_loyalists [Culture] [Amount] - Add loyalists
• add_radicals [Culture] [Amount] - Add Radicals
• add_relations - Edit country relations
• annex [<Country tag or id>] - Annexation of a specific country
• annex_all - Annexation of all countries
• changestatepop [city id] [Population type / all] [Factor] - Edit population limit
• conquerall [country tag] - Conquer all enemy provinces
• date [Format year\month\day\hour] - Edit the current date
• disable_ai [country tag or all] - Disable enemy AI
• disable_pop_growth - Disable population growth
• disable_retooling - Disable retooling
• enable_ai [country tag or all] - Enable enemy AI
• escalate [<number>] - Add an escalate to a player
• fastbuild - Fast build
• fastenact - fast acceptance
• fasthire - Fast hire
• fastinstitutions - Fast institutions

• wagerate - Edit the profit amount of the selected building
• yesmen - AI will agree to all suggestions
