Walkthrough God of War: Ragnarök

A detailed guide for completing all the story missions of the new God of War, tips on how to defeat the main bosses, and open all the worlds

Before starting the passage of God of War: Ragnarök, I recommend that you go into the parameters and explore all the options for settings that can equally simplify or complicate the game. Pay special attention to aiming assistance, auto-selection of various items, and so on.

Survival in Fimbulwinter (Midgar)

Survival in Fimbulwinter (Midgar)

Reward :

  • Kratos experience - 500 experience points
  • Atreus Experience - 250 experience points

After the introductory video, you will find yourself in a harness. Look around until Freya appears. Press the keys indicated on the screen to protect yourself from it. After a while, you will need to dodge obstacles, using an additional left analogue. Keep pressing the keys until the episode ends. Follow further in the harness and climb the hill to the house where Atreus will meet Fenrir. Watch the extended cut scene.

Follow Faye until she stops next to a deer corpse. Go to the logs and move them. Climb up the ledges by clicking on the "circle" and approach the wolf for a cutscene.

Atreus left to bury Fenrir, but never returned. There is only one way to leave the location. Stand with your back to the house and go left. There will be footprints in the snow. Go down the slope and turn to the kennel on the left. Approach the wall with the sign and attack it with a powerful blow on R2. Having done this, make your way inside and get to the other side.

Location: Upper Wildwoods

Fight the first enemies, the raiders. Press R3 (right analog) to capture targets, and R1 and R2 for light and heavy attacks.

Remove the log from the path on the left and pick up a health stone. Such stones restore the HP of Kratos or Atreus. Examine the bear, go forward and look into the cave on the right. The chest contains chopped silver - the main monetary unit in the game. Hold L2, aim at the tree on the other side of the gap, and throw at R1. Don't forget to press the "triangle" button to get the ax back. Just run up to jump over to the other side.

Follow further along the right rocks. After the corpse, look into the niche on the left, on the ledge, to find the second chest with silver. In the future, we will not refer to them. Follow the new location with the raiders and kill them. Move along the left edge to go further and meet opponents throwing weapons. Here you will learn about the icy awakening. By holding the "triangle", you can charge the ax with ice and strengthen its next attack. Also, by pressing L1 just before an enemy strike, you can parry it (time will slow down, and you will be able to attack the target freely).

Climb up the rock and open the big chest. In addition to silver, wrought iron is hidden inside. Enter the cave and kill the first enemies. Don't forget to search all niches to collect silver. Get to the next adit, finish off the enemies and climb the wall from the enemy, who will have a throwing weapon. Look to the right. Jump over to the chest with the wrought iron and silver. Go to the other side and climb up the wall with the drawings.

Get out of the cave and fight the bear Bjorn. During the battle, use the same techniques. Hits telegraphed by yellow rings can be parried, red ones cannot so dodge them. At some point, you will be able to click on both analogues and activate the rage mode. Use it to deal maximum damage.

After the cut scene, cut the log in front of you and go to the cave. You will learn about Atreus' ability to shoot a bow. Click on the "square" to make the guy shoot at the nearest or selected enemy. The damage is low, but the enemies get a temporary stun. The stock of arrows is restored over time and is shown in the lower right corner of the screen. Move the only way to the exit, go down the chain and find a chest with a wrought iron on the right. Fight one more battle. If the enemy does not come down to you, shoot at him with the bow of Atreus. Enter the house and go to bed. Watch the video.

Then the battle against Thor will begin. The battle will consist of three stages. Whenever a Health Stone drops, be sure to pick it up. Dodge red attacks and parry yellow ones if possible. When rage builds up, press both analogues and attack with light blows. At the beginning of the battle, you will not have an ax, so do not try to pull it. At the second stage, a new blow will appear - Thor will throw a hammer. But you can attack him with two or three columns placed along the edges of the arena. At the third stage, look under your feet: avoid red areas where you can die.

Follow Sindri and Brok into the cave. Enter the opened portal and go to your house. After the cut scene, choose a new chest armor with an emphasis on defense or strength, then upgrade the Leviathan.

Location: Lower Wildwoods
Follow Atreus to Lower Wildwood. Keep following your son. Stop in front of the passage with thorns. Click on the left arrow to select the Blades of Chaos. Aim at L2 and throw them at the thorns with the R2 button to burn the thickets. Go a little further and throw the blade at the red dot on the barrier where Atreus is looking. Throw an ax at a suspended raider. If the opponent's health bar is covered in ice, then they are resistant to Leviathan. Attack him with the Blades of Chaos to break the ice, and then finish him off with any weapon.

Keep moving. Don't be afraid to veer off the path to find additional supplies. There are no big forks here, the location is not open. Enter the building and turn right. Kill a couple more frozen raiders, and make your way between the plates. You can jump to the left to the chest. Drop down to the right. On the right, there will be another pit with a chest. Climb through the hole in the wall, kill the enemies and make your way through the next one. Around this time, you will receive a hint on how to unlock new skills. Do it and spend the points.

Move the fallen column to the side, go a little forward and climb to the ledge on the right. Jump across the abyss and use the chain. Try to pull her. The chain is stuck in the rock just below. Throw the ax at the blue target that appears to release the chain, and then pull it. Climb down on the chain and jump down the ledges. Destroy several enemies. Unlike Leviathan, to charge the blades with fire, you need to press the “triangle” several times. You can try out the technique and use it on opponents with an ice health bar. Also, use stone pillars to deal a lot of damage to enemies. In the far left corner, there is a hole with thorns. Burn them with the Blades of Chaos.

Climb higher and kill the enemies. After that, defeat the Huntress. Stay on the move and dodge red attacks. You can throw your weapons at the Huntress. Up close, she will constantly attack with her hooves. You can parry such blows. As a result of the victory, you will receive a weak rune. Install it on the axe. By holding R1 and L1, you will be able to activate Leviathan's weak rune attack.

Climb up, but don't rush after Atreus. Turn left and pick up the Pale Horn Scroll. Go through the ruins to the courtyard where Atreus will stop in front of the stairs. To open the way further, you need to move the column with blades. But first you have to look to the right and throw the ax into the crack on the log against which the column rests. You can also turn around with your back to the stairs and find an opening in the far left corner through which Kratos can get through to find a large chest. Climb the stairs after Atreus and watch the cut scene.

Drop down after Atreus and lift the gate on the right to reveal a large chest. Move on and jump onto the ledge on the left. Look to the right to find a slab with a symbol. Jump on it and break it. So you can get to another chest. Climb up again, drop the chain and fight the enemies from below. Among them will be the leader of the raiders, which is difficult to stun even with heavy blows from an ax. Keep moving, search another chest and soon return to the house. Follow Sindri and open the door to another dimension.

Location "House of Sindri"

Enter the house of the dwarf brothers and speak with Sindri and Brok. Follow the steps mentioned in the tutorial. Atreus's fucking clothes are purely cosmetic, so we won't focus on them. It is best to pump over an ax or blades of Kratos, you can improve the selected shield, you can improve armor. In general, do not rush - in the chest on the right there is another armor. These chests will be in every Brock's hideout/shop, and they store those items that you missed or didn't pick up during the battles. After that, talk to Sindri.

Quest for Tyr (Svartalfheim)

Move forward and fight new enemies, adls. They are not that dangerous, but usually attack in packs. Use Atreus' arrows as an addition to your attacks (it's better to equip blades instead of an axe). If you turn left, you will find a pier for a dwarven ferry, but the ferry itself will not be there. Interact with the boat and swim through the swamp.

Location: Marshes of Aurvanga

Swim forward through the swamps and collect skins in the glowing areas. There is only one place where you can dock, and it is located at the very end of the swamps, next to the flag. Once on the shore, use Leviathan and shoot at the base of the geyser to freeze it. Jump over to the other side. To continue, you need to go upstairs, but instead you can find a Norn Chest (1/2) on the right. Jump there and examine the seals on the chest. It is necessary to find and break three such seals. One is behind a chest on a distant island. Look for another in front of the chest, next to you.

Then jump back and freeze the geyser on the left. Jump up. Hreidmar's armlet lies near the corpse (left things 1/6, artifacts 2/2). On the left you will see the third seal. Destroy it to open the chest. Inside the chest you will find Idunn's apple, which will increase Kratos' maximum health.

Climb to the wooden hill and slide down the cable.

Kill new enemies, more viciously, and then look around. You can go forward and climb the boards to find a red chest. After that, jump to the left where the last enemies were and climb up the chain. At the top there will be a regular chest, and in front of it is a water wheel. Throw the blades of Chaos and pull the wheel. Shoot down the shield, jump down and sail the boat further through the swamps of Aurvang.

On the right side there are two places where you can moor. If you wish, you can moor on the first shore, kill enemies and burn thickets. Search a regular chest, burn the thickets on the right. Go through the opening and look up. Burn the bushes and go upstairs. Here you can find regular and red chests. You can shoot a suspended barrel to knock down resources.

When you're ready, swim on and dock on the shore on the right. Defeat the enemies and shoot the blades at the metal ball on the left, by the water wheel. Freeze the geyser and jump over to the other side. Climb up and kill the vicious. Turn around and pay attention to the geyser to the left of the water wheel. Freeze it (by summoning an axe). The pressure from the geyser below will become more powerful, and the wheel will turn.

Swim further past the water wheel. Turn left along the coast.

On the ledge you will see a golden chest (legendary). Swim a little further than him and move into the hole under the board with runes (as they did at the beginning of the swamps). You will find yourself in a location with a lot of side items. First, kill the enemies and climb the nearest ledge. Go left and open the legendary chest (1/1) to get an upgrade for the Blades of Chaos.

Go back and go forward to the norn's chest. Learn three symbols. You need to find three turntables and put three corresponding symbols on them. Look for the nearest turntable on the right, behind the geyser. Throw the ax twice and freeze to make sure the spinner now has one of the three correct symbols.

Run back and jump to where the legendary chest was. On the right will be the second turntable. Finally, drop down a little further than her, kill the enemies (including the cursed malice) and jump onto the ledge. Turn around and shoot at the nearest chopper. When you put all the symbols, you can open the norn chest (2/2) and get a horn of blood honey. It will increase your maximum Fury.

Near the third turntable, you can also find a stele with runes. Decipher them to get the Dangerous Roads legend (Legends 1/1).

Swim further to the end of the swamps, where there will be a large gate. On the right, look for a hollow bank. Come outside. There will be a new creature ahead, Orm. Go around it, jump on the platforms and throw the ax from behind. Orms drop valuable items. Shoot your bow or throw your ax at the round slab with a large block bolted to it. When it falls down, climb over it to the other side and pull down the first chain.

Jump to the left side. There is a second chain on the hill. Freeze the water on the left and jump over to the other side. Walk to the left and throw your blades at the metal ball to open the geyser under the water wheel. Freeze the water under the block to increase the pressure under the water wheel. The second block will go down. Aim and ask Atreus to shoot the round disk holding this block. When he falls down, climb onto the block, pull the ax, and freezes the geyser under the water wheel. Climbing upstairs, look on the bench in front of the verses "Dawn by the Eye" (Poems by Kvasir 1/14, artifacts 2/2). Lower the second chain.

Location: Nidavellir

Swim forward until you reach a new location. Exit to the pier on the right.

Follow Atreus. Not far from Sindri, under the statue lies a scroll of the legends "Shopping List" (legends). Chat with Sindri and he modifies Atreus' bow. Atreus can now shoot green glowing objects to destroy them. Destroy the barrier in front of the sewers and kill the enemies.

To the right of it, you can destroy the wagon to find a regular chest. Return to the side of the pier and destroy the green shields. In addition to the red chest with resources, you will find Kvasir's verse "Great Society of the Sphere, Spectacle" (2/14). In addition, if you stand with your back to Sindri and look at the building on the right, with a water wheel, you will see Odin's raven. Throw an ax at him. Archery is useless.

Move through the sewer, which was destroyed at the beginning. Don't rush to move forward. Turn left and break the wooden barrels at the entrance to the buildings. On the other side, pick up a purple object from the ground - Grape's incendiary bomb (artifacts, left things). There is nothing else to do in this location. Go back or further along the streets until you find a wagon with green crystals from the bow of Atreus. After destroying the cart, move the other one and enter the house. Talk to Reb. You can also take the request "In the service of Asgard" from him.

Exit through the door to the left of Rab. Talk to Sindri, go forward and open a new gate. Get on the boat and sail further until you discover a new region.

Location: Fertile bay

Before heading left, first turn right at the beginning of the location. Swim into the opening on the right and look for the shore on the right-hand, to which you can moor. This will take you to the hidden region "Dragon Coast". Kill vicious and tazelwurms. On the right on the wooden structure, read the runes "Don't breathe" (legend). Find a chest of norns in the same part.

To open it, you need to destroy three stones with runes. All three stones are hidden behind the fountains. Freeze fountains to find rocks, then aim, pull the ax and throw it. The first fountain and stone are behind the chest, the second ones are on the right, the third ones are on the shore. Once you've destroyed all three, go back and open the norn chest to get Idunn's apple. Orm is hiding under the structure to the left of the chest. To shoot him, you need to go upstairs, but you do not get new equipment.

Leave the Dragon Coast and sail back to Durlin. Talk to him and exit through the door on the right. Kill all enemies. Shoot your bow or throw your ax at the red fire jugs to blow up your enemies. Destroy wooden poles. After the fight, open the wooden gate on the left to find the dwarf train. Take your time. Walk along the rail to find a red chest with resources. Now you can take the train.

Location: Forge

After stopping, pay attention to Odin's raven flying in the sky. Get as close as possible to its flight path, seize the moment, and hit the bird with Atreus' ax or arrow. Continue walking along the wooden bridge. Turn onto the path between the rocks. Climb to the nearest ledge and drop down to the left at the foot of the bridge. Destroy the crate and boards to find the Bari grenade (left things, artifacts). Turn around and move on. It is possible to turn right but to open the norn's chest, special equipment is required. Now you don't have it, so crawl into the hole under the rocks.

You have to fight the Draka mini-boss. Even at this stage, the enemy is very dangerous. Try to accumulate rage by the time of the battle so that you can activate this mode. But do it not immediately but after the middle of the battle.

Also with Sindri, you had to create a resurrection stone (the first one is free). It might come in handy! Use a shield to parry or reflect blows, don't forget about Kratos' other abilities and Atreus' arrows. Before the fight, you can also try to upgrade Fury (Spartan Fury) if you have enough silver. There are also two health stones on the battlefield.

Make your way between the wooden walls. According to the story, after the fight with Dreki, you need to run to the left. Instead, turn right. Climb to the ledge on the right and find a small camp where a health stone and a gold item are lying around. The last one is the Dear Boss Scroll (Legends).

In the far part, there is a gate on which the rune "Forge" (legends) is applied. Return back and follow to the left. Jump over the chasms, deal with the enemies and cut the mount on the minecart. Install it on the rails and move on.

Location: Yarnsmead Mines

Along the way, you will have to fight off monsters. When the cart stops, clear the locations of two enemy groups. Go down below. You need to go to the right, behind the green stones, which are destroyed by Atreus' bow. But first, go down below, kill the enemies (there will be the second group) and destroy the cluster of stones at the edge of the cliff. Climb down on the chain, open a regular chest and pick up a purple item - Lofnheid's grindstone (left things, artifacts). Stay near the edge and take out Odin's raven flying over the water.

Go back upstairs and go left. Jump over to the other side, shoot the red jugs for gold and make your way through the hole. Here you will see an inscription stating that you have opened a new location "Mines of Yarnsmead". Go down to the left and examine the path to the right. Throw the ax at the wooden trench above to freeze the water. The platform will drop down and you can jump over to the other side.

To your left is a norn chest. You can open it right now. Use the Blades of Chaos to light the chalice to the left of the chest. Jump to the left, open the red chest and light the bowl to the left. However, this is pointless, because now you need to pull the ax. The platform will rise up, and the water will put out the fire in the bowl. But you can jump to the other side with the help of the red crystal under the platform. Light the third bowl. On the left on the wall there is a rune "Quarry" (legends). Go back under the same platform, climb up to the norn chest and throw the ax again at the wooden ditch with water flowing through it. Drop down again to the left of the norn chest and light the second chalice. She will be the last one and the norn chest will open. Inside it lies a blood honey horn.

Continue following Atreus and jump over to the other side. Help the boy to jump near the board and not the wall with white paint.

When he is near the lever, order him to turn. Throw the ax at the spinning gear to stop the mechanism when the bridge is in a horizontal position.

Jump over to the other side, repeat the steps and look to the right. Click on the "circle" to rotate the pipe from which the water flows. Jump forward and turn around. Pull the ax towards you to lift the block, and pull yourself towards it. Jump to the left and open the gate with Atreus.

Jump forward, move the wagon and talk to Sindri. He will give you lanterns. Kill the draugr and other enemies, go to the entrance to the mine. There is a rune on the right, but Mimir cannot read it. The main entrance is littered, so turn left and jump into the hole. After killing the enemies, destroy the green crystals with your bow and make your way inside the mine.

The first thing you need to do is kill the bersgra queen, a new type of enemy that can summon smaller adels. Dodge her red attacks, use heavy hits. When the edles spawn, run and kill them while staying away from the queen. When you collect all the resources, get into the marked boat.

Location: core

First door

Look in the chest next to Sindri, and then upgrade Kratos' equipment. Don't forget to familiarize yourself with the skills. Perhaps you can unlock something. Walk along the corridor. Break the wooden fence on the right with Atreus' arrow to find the "Vault" rune (legendary). Stand at the cliff on the left. Look at this whole build. There are green crystals in the wooden chute.

Destroy them with Atreus' arrow. Then throw the ax at the part of the chute that is above the water wheel. It will start to rotate, the platform will rise up, and you will be able to jump over to the other side and open the first door in the mines.

Examine the room, then go downstairs and break the green crystals. Make your way through the hole in the wall so that Atreus points to the next door. Jump across the stream of water and kill a couple of draugrs. First, turn right, break the wooden wall and jump down to read the "Cooperation" stele (label of legends, legends).

Now go the other way along the only corridor and turn onto the bridge on the left. Jump after Atreus to the left. You can go down to the right to inspect the red chest.

Second door (optional)

Take your time to solve the puzzle that Atreya points to (again with the gutters through which water flows). Instead, standing by the red chest, look to the right. There will be a ledge with gold and a red jug. Shoot the pitcher with your bow to explode the golden growths. Climb back and jump there. Make your way through the hole to get into the adit with another besgra queen. Jump to the left using the blades, climb higher and defeat the queen. When you search this adit, open the door. It leads to a dead end, but there you will find a red chest and a purple object - the statuette of Altjof (artifacts, left things 5/6).

The third door in the mine

Return back and rise to the place of the solution of the puzzle. First jump down to the right where there was or is a red chest. Climb up the chain, go to the left and pull the turning chute. Return to the ledge where Atreus is standing. Freeze the top chute above the left water wheel. The wheel will start spinning and you will be able to jump over to the other side. Turn around and look up.

There will be another turning mechanism here. Pull on him with your blades. Now the ax is not needed. Turn around and look at the elevator shaft. Look to the right and up, throw the ax into the chute above the stationary water wheel. It will begin to rotate, the elevator will go down. Open the doors, go inside and pull the ax to take the elevator up. Open the third door.

Climb down, kill the small lizards and look at the crack on the left, in which the dwarf sticks out. Take your first relic, the Talisman of Meign, from his hands. It temporarily increases melee damage. Install it in the relic slot. Defeat all the enemies and move through the hole in the wall where you found the relic.

Fourth door (optional)

Move to the left and find a ledge where you need to jump over to the other side. Shoot the mount holding the cage and jump over. Walk forward, and when the opportunity arises, turn left (although the main route leads straight ahead). Jump over with the blades and go down to the left, to another optional door. Before you open it, shoot at the green crystals on the left and take the last relic from the "Abandoned Things" category, Darin's stone statue (artifacts). If you followed our guide, then by now you have collected your first set of artifacts. Open the door to reveal your first Draugr Pit. The side quest "Born of Fire" is associated with these pits.

You have to fight against the powerful draugr the Insatiable. Don't rush to use Fury. Use the rest of your abilities first, including the melee damage buff. Approximately 2-3 regular draugrs will spawn. When this happens, it is best to turn your attention to them. And do not forget that there is a hill here that you can climb, and then jump and attack the enemy with a run. There is also one health stone at the top. After the victory, open the legendary chest. You will receive various resources, including a spark of Chaos (requires 6 fragments), a handle of the accursed queen (for blades of Chaos), dust of the worlds, and royal embers. A reinforced ice ax handle is hidden in the legendary chest.

Fifth door

This will be the last door you need to get to. Return from the room with the pit of the draugr, jump back, and follow to the left. Look into the hole and shoot the green crystals. Pull the chain and slide down. Having done this, you will find yourself in front of the last puzzle. First, jump to the left and help Atreus climb up. He will find a lever. Go back. Shoot the wooden chute on the left that has water flowing through it. Near Atreus. The wheel will start spinning and the platform will move to the right. Ask Atreus to turn the handle. Three crystals will roll down the same chute and hit the ice. They crystallize and lock in place. Pull the ax towards you. The crystals will not allow the water to flow any further and the wheel will continue to spin. You throw the ax into another chute on the right to start the second wheel. A claw with a red crystal will rise from under the water. Use it to pull yourself up to the platform, then fire your bow at the crystals on the far chute. This is how you get to the door.

Before you open it, look to the left and destroy Odin's raven. You can walk along the wall to find a chest and open the gate, creating a short path back. Go through the last door. Open the chest on the right and follow the hole on the left. Shoot the four pillars with your bow and try to open the door. The Einherjars, the elite of Asgard, will appear. Destroy all enemies and try to unlock the door again.

After the cut-scene, kill all the enemies, then run down the corridor. Defeat the Einherja Brute and normal opponents, follow the opening on the left. On the right hand there will be an indestructible golden wall. Now you can't do anything with it. Walk forward and watch the video. Move the only way. On the left there will be another rack with a rope, like in a mine, but you cannot do anything with it now. Get to the lift and ride up.

Location: Sands of Sverd

Go ahead, kill a few enemies, collect resources and use the ferry. Thus, the pier of which was seen at the beginning of the swamps. Move on the ferry, run to the right, kill one enemy and use the gate. Returning to the house of the gnomes, talk to Brock. Then go to the back room and chat with Mimir. A new mission will begin.

old friends

You will perform this task for Atreus, who is assisted by Sindri.

Move through the portal to return to Midgard.

old friends

Location: Shores of the Nine

Move down after Sindri. By the way, you can acquire Atreus' new abilities or enhance his bow. All this is done for the experience of Atreus. Go ahead, open the chest and shoot the two seals on the gate. After descending below, jump onto the ledges on the right and shoot the burning jar to find a chest with resources. To shoot a sonic arrow, press R2, a regular one - R1. Sound ones recover over time, but regular ones have unlimited ammo. Shoot the hanging barrels with regular arrows, and the barrels with seals with sonic arrows.

Location: Shores of the Nine

Go down and find the barricade on the left. Shoot the green structure above (sonic arrow). Go back and look between the rocks on the right to shoot at the green "door". Now you can go to the other side and fight the enemies. In addition to normal shots, hold down R1 and R2 for more powerful shots. Atreus can also fight in close combat, but these blows are rather weak. A powerful shot of sonic arrows temporarily stuns targets.

Location: Shores of the Nine

Run the lift to go upstairs. Watch the cut scene and open the large doors. Run through the cave. Shoot jars to inflict increased damage on enemies. When Sindri stays at his shop, climb the wall, turn around and shoot the jar near the draugr. Climb the other wall up, left, and down. Climb the next wall, lean to the left, and jump onto the next one. Get out a little higher and squeeze between the stone slabs. Go down to the left, kill the enemies and get to a dead end with gold. Shoot the sonic arrow at the green beam. Look through the hole and shoot the jug on the right. Go to the right of this place and shoot the far jug. So you destroy all the gold and you can open the red chest.

Location: Shores of the Nine

Then jump through the hole on the wall, climb to the left. Jump to the adjacent slab on the left. Climb up and to the right. Jump to the right and get higher. Defeat all enemies. Some will stay on top and shoot at you. You can shoot a sonic arrow at the green seal on the ledge where the enemy is standing. Climb up the wall. You can go to the left along the edge of the cliff to start to find a red chest in a niche. Then move to the right opening. Once outside, look to the left for a chest.

Location: Shores of the Nine

Follow further through the cave, go outside and kill the opponents. To the left is a red chest. Enter the building, turn right and shoot the red jug. After the explosion, you can open the chest. Take the only route. Soon you will hear the voice of Sindri, and you will be able to talk to him. Pass through the ajar door and go down to Freya on the rock. Watch the cut scene.

Climb up the chain and open the chest on the left for an audio echo. Install it in your inventory and follow on until you are reunited with Sindri. Defeat all enemies. Don't forget that you can use L1 to parry attacks. Make your way between the rocks, run back and kill the enemies. The path is the same as you came here. Use the lift again.

Location: Shores of the Nine

Talk to everyone in the dwarf house, buy upgrades. You can only have one resurrection stone, so be sure to buy it. The stone will come in handy in a difficult battle. And even after using it, if you die and restart the last checkpoint, the stone will be available again. Head outside to meet Ratatoskr. You will receive a Yggdrasil stone from him, which leads to Niflheim. This location contains a training area and six legendary chests. The latter are unlocked by killing Odin's Ravens (six per chest) and are associated with the Eye of Odin request.

Groa's Secret (Alfheim)

Location: Strand

Read the Broken History Rune (Legends) immediately. Follow Tyr and make your way between the walls on the right. Go a little further and turn left. Jump down to find the norn chest. You need to activate three braziers. One brazier is opposite the chest. Look for another in the far part, on the same floor. Then go up again, continue the story path along the ledges on the left and turn left. Jump down and activate the third bowl. Having done this, open the norn chest and take the horn of blood mead.

Keep moving. Throw the ax at the gloomy stone on the left to get into the lock on the gate. Kill enemies. Some addles will explode upon death. First, jump down from the left side, go deeper and find the legendary chest and "Abandonment of the Afterlife" (artifacts, Kvasir's verses 4/14). The chest contains a weak rune "Skadi's Blade".

Return, climb higher and kill the first light elves. Go further and find the norn chest on the right. Next to him lies the "Charm of Dreams" (artifacts, Offerings to Freyr 1/6). The chest cannot be opened now, so go to the gate and open it.

Location: Temple of Light

Walk forward and throw the ax so that it hits the crystal of light. To do this, when you aim at the twilight stone, make sure that the beam turns blue and is directed towards the light stone.

Go deep into the location, jump over the abyss and climb the stairs. Stand on the left and choose the angle so that the ax flew from the twilight stone into the crystal of light. Defeat the following elves. If you see two blue rings on an elf, double-click L1 to interrupt the attack. Approach Tyr and jump on the same slabs that he used.

Climb up the stairs until you hit the next gate of light. Go to the right of them and pull up to the ledge. On the left, look for "Visions after Rest" (artifacts, verses by Kvasir 5/14). From here, throw the ax at the twilight stone and the crystal of light. Walk forward and kill the group of light elves. A mystic (mage) will appear among them. You can throw an ax at a flying sphere to destroy it.

Location: Temple of Light

Go through the gate until you hit the next gate of light. Do not hurry. Jump down, on the left side, where you will find the wheel. To the right of it there is a gate. Open them to reveal a chain that raises the Twilight Stone. The chest is hidden on the platform below. Pull the chain all the way down and throw the ax so that it hits the white marble slab behind the platform with the chest.

Location: Temple of Light

Release the chain, then retract the axe. He will touch the chain of the platform (disk), and it will fall down. Open the legendary chest to get the Gram's Handle relic (gaining a surge of rage and stunning nearby enemies).

Return to the wheel, lower, and throw the ax once at the disk to rotate the slab with the dusk stone. Throw the ax at the rock to send it flying into the crystal of light. Go further, kill the enemies and in the room on the left, find the "Spirits in the Walls" (artifacts, Kvasir's verses 6/14).

Continue on and kill the light elf warriors. These are much stronger enemies, so you can spend Fury. After that, find a place where you can knock down the shield in order to jump onto the suspended plates. On the other side, there is another shield leading to a red chest. Jump down to the slab and look to the left (all the way). Jump there. Tyr will say that you are moving in the wrong direction, but do not pay attention. Once in the gazebo, look to the right. Throw the Blades of Chaos at the suspended slab with the twilight cane and push it to the right. Quickly throw the ax from the twilight stone at the crystal of light. Jump to the left and go through the opening to the legendary chest with the Runic Shot accessory.

Raise the gate and kill the mystic by throwing the ax from the twilight stone on the floor. Climb higher, and deal with new opponents. There are several twilight stones in the room. Throw an ax at them to deal increased damage to the elves. Then push the statue and cross the bridge of light.

To the right is a norn chest. To the left of it there are two runes with the necessary symbols. On the right, look for a corridor leading to the twilight stone. To the right of it, behind the bars, there are green crystals. Shoot Atreus with the bow. Now, if you throw an ax at a twilight stone, it will hit the third rune from the norn chest. I don't know if I need to activate the runes from left to right, but I did. Stand in front of the norn chest. Throw the ax at the far rune on the left, at the near one by the chest, quickly run into the corridor on the right and throw the ax at the twilight stone. Inside the chest, you will find Idunn's apple.

Location: Temple of Light

Climb the stairs and destroy the enemies. You can throw an ax at a twilight stone. There will be many enemies, so be careful. After the victory, when you go up the stairs, throw the ax at Odin's raven on the left side. Go through the doors to get into a large hall with a difficult puzzle.

Location: Temple of Light

First, shoot Atreus' bow at the green crystals on the statue on the right. Drag it right and left with the Blades of Chaos (twice), then climb up. Jump over to the other side and find another statue with green crystals. She holds the shield with the twilight stone. Shoot the crystals with Atreus' bow. Move the statue right and left. Then shoot the round disk behind the statue. Move the statue to the right and shoot the twilight stone so that it breaks the screen on the statue itself. Now move it to the left. Done, the shield is as low as possible. Jump over to the other side and throw the ax from the balcony so that it hits the crystal of light. Move on.

Location: Temple of Light

Shoot the stone on the left statue with the bow of Atreus. Tyr will unroll the Twilight Stone. Throw an ax at him so as to break the crystal. Enter the elevator and go upstairs. Go through several doors and use Sindri's forge. Open the door on the left and watch the video.

Location: Temple of Light

Go back, killing enemies along the way. Jump after Tyr to the floor below. You need to keep going down and kill opponents. Be sure to use Twilight Stones to stun your enemies! Eventually, you will run into Alva. In the fight against this mini-boss, watch out for the blue rings and double-click on L1. Dodge red attacks, use your skills, and Fury. Upon victory, you will receive a new level 3 shield frame and a frozen flame (allowing you to upgrade the Leviathan ax). Talk to Tyr, who killed the elf. Follow and watch the cut scene.

Try to get to the mystical gate before the dark elves attack you. You will have to go through many locations, killing these elves. If there are twilight stones, be sure to throw an ax at them. In the end, you will be able to return to the mystical gates. Open them and Tyr will leave the location. You can stop by and explore the Vulture's Gold treasure map. When you're ready, head back to Sindri's house.

Forgotten Shrine

Come to the table to start your dinner. When you find yourself in a dream, approach the silhouette of little Atreus. In the end, you will find yourself in a colored forest. Follow through it with the wolves until you meet Angrboda. This is where the story mission will begin.

Follow Angrboda, enter the hollow logs, and destroy the green crystals. After the third barrier of such crystals, there will be a chest on the left side. Defeat the first enemies and search another chest, and after that move into the hole. Along the way, there will be the first red chest. Shoot the green shield to make a loop appear. Fly to the other side, kill the flying monsters and turn left. Behind the wooden boards on the right (destroy them) there will be a scroll "Tree" (legends).

Destroy the next boards, climb up and shoot the green shield. Climb down and jump over with the grapple. Kill the opponents and search the chest on the left. As soon as you see a huge number of flying creatures, do not rush to jump up. A little further is the legendary chest. Open it to receive the Runic Summon Enraged Ibex. Rune Call is a new category of Atreus combat skills. Soon you will meet with Angrboda.

If necessary, deviate from the route to search the crates. Barrels can hang at the top. Defeat another enemy group. Angrboda will help you. Compete with the girl in a race, fight with a few more enemies, learn how to summon a falcon and soon you will reach Angrboda's house.

Location: Angrboda's house

Look at the frescoes under the covers. After the cutscene, follow Angrboda and take the basket. Sit on top of Yalla. You will soon find yourself in a new location.

Location: Angrboda's house

Location: Vimur River

Follow the river until you have to climb up to a ledge. Pick up the last sour pear, jump onto Yalla and move on. Climb up to the ledge, and when Yalla tilts the tree, pick the second fruit. Move further on the animal and go up again. Shoot the boards in the dam so Yalla can get to you.

Eventually, you will come back. Put the sour pears in a bucket, then go the other way and ride Yalla again. At the top, tear off the root, go to Yalla and fight the enemies. Take the form of a wolf and destroy all opponents. Tear off the root, destroy the second enemy group and go into the hole. You can climb the slope where Yalla came down from and find the chest. Sit down and move on. Go back and put the roots in a bucket.

Ride Yall again. Turn into the tunnel. You can get off the beast to open the chest. Continue the path, climb the ledge and leave the stones in the water. Kill the new group and ride Yalla. There will be a legendary chest on the right, but you are looking for a ledge on the left and climb the boards. Jump over to the legendary chest to find the Rune Cleanse accessory. Soon you will reach a new place.

Location: Jotun Trail

Ride up the lift, keep going forward, killing the enemies. The girl will point the right way.

Location: Valley of the Fallen

Go to the wall where a cut scene will start. Go back, and fight the werewolf one on one. You will receive the Idaril Branch. Climb the wall from where Angrboda will drop the shield. Return to the lift and go down into the well.

Location: Valley of the Fallen

Location: Well Go
Get into the hole and destroy the first nest. Go forward a little and light a couple of torches. Go all the way to the left, past the usual chest, and destroy another nest hanging on the ceiling at the dead end. There will also be a red chest. Return, rise to the ledge on the left hand and turn left twice to find the scroll of "Paint" (legend). Go the other way to find two more nests. To get to the latter, turn right and find a gap through which you can shoot an arrow into the green shields. After destroying all the nests, do not rush to leave. Turn back to where you shot through the gap, but this time go to the left side. This path leads to a ledge from which you can jump down to a legendary chest. Inside is the Runic Might accessory.

Come back. Destroy the bergra queens. I recommend using close combat, and when the hedrons appear, first of all, be distracted by them. After the battle, you will receive the Branch of Idalir, the bone of the beast, and the new archer ability "Archer's Gaze", which allows you to slow down time and shoot three empowered arrows.

Head back to Yalla, watch the cutscene and follow Grila. Destroy enemies until you reach an empty log. Climb up the ledge on the left and look at the log to shoot the green shields. Climb down and enter the log. Make your way through the hole and climb up to the ledge. Shoot through the hole in the log at the green shields. Follow on, kill the werewolf and climb the ledge, from where Angrboda will drop the shield.

Follow Grila's house to the very end and find a ledge. Climb up and jump over to the other side. Shoot through the hole in the hanging cage to drop it. Angrboda will rise up towards you and lower his shield on another ledge. Enter Grila's house and open the door to the basement. Follow down and to the left. The way further will be blocked by a jar or a barrel. Go back a little to the left and shoot the green seal on the can to break it. Go deeper and watch the cut scene. Go back, climb up and after the cutscene, free the wolf.

Follow Angrboda and get out of the basement. Get to the cauldron and attack it. To deal damage to Greela's health bar, you need to attack the cauldron. What should you attack at the moment when the purple dot glows. This does not always happen, from time to time, mainly after attacks. Dodge the purple projectiles. If the bottom or top area turns red, move away from there. And use the candles to have Angbroda throw paint at them and temporarily stun Greela. When the cauldron falls down, melee attack it and then repeat the process.

Leave this place and compete with Angrboda. Interact with the mural in the girl's house to see the last cutscene of the chapter and return home. Fight the bandits from Hel. First as Atreus, and then as Kratos. Vanadis will then appear. Use all the equipment available to you until you gain the upper hand. It turns out that Freya was hiding under the mask of Vanadis, who eventually agrees to cooperate with Kratos. Also, during the battle, you will be switched from Fury to Valor. Rage points in Valor mode will be spent on healing, so you must decide for yourself which mode to choose (can be changed in the weapon menu).

Payback (Vanaheim)

Use the mystic gate and move to Vanaheim.

Location: Southern wastelands

Walk forward and turn left. Behind the passage there will be a reservoir, over which Odin's raven flies. Kill him. On the way to the goal, you will find red thickets, but you cannot destroy them right now. Make your way between the plates, go forward and open the gate. You will be in the market. Destroy poisonous eggs from a distance by throwing an ax at them. On the right there is a regular chest, and on the left is a passage to the legendary one, inside of which you will find a weak rune for the ax “Wrath of the Frost Ancients”. Go up. You can turn right at the top to find a red chest (the path to it is littered with poisonous eggs). Downstairs, you've encountered a new type of enemy, the Legion, and upstairs, you're being attacked by the Gulons. Destroy targets. Use Brock. Click on the "square" to have Brock attack a single target, or hold the same button to have Brock stun all opponents who stand near him. Think, this technique is unlikely to work with bosses, but let's try. Where the first Gulon attacked you, there is a hole in the wall on the left leading to a red chest.

Location: Southern wastelands

Make your way under the branches, destroy the first blue flowers spitting bombs. Soon you will find a chest of norns. Memorize the symbols depicted on it. Look at the high ledge on the left, throw the ax at the spinner to find one of the right symbols. Stand with your back to the symbols on the norn chest and you'll find a second spinner on a small ledge on the left. Use the Blades of Chaos to burn the thickets on the spinner, then throw the ax to expose the second symbol. Walk a little back from the norn chest where you came from. To the left, on a ledge, was a blue flower. The essence is further than it, all on the same left side there will be thickets. Burn them with the blades of Chaos, and you will find a third turntable a little to the right. Set the desired symbol and remove the horn of blood honey from the norn chest.

Follow deep into the location. You can burn the thicket on the left to find a red chest. Eliminate a pair of werewolves that Kratos will face for the first time. You still cannot destroy red growths or interact with slabs that have fireflies flying around. Raise the pillar, go a little further, throw the ax and go upstairs. Brock will fall into a trap. Follow him through the hole under the tree.

Location: Camp Frey

You will find Freyr, Freya's brother. After the cutscene, Brock will stay at the camp and you can use his shop. Stand with your back to Brock's shop and go to the far left corner where Freyr appeared to find the Freyr's Lament (legend) scroll. To the right there is an exit from the camp. Go there, turn around and find the inscription on the wall "Vanaheim Lullaby" (legends). When you're ready, talk to Freyr. Go through the door on the left.

Go forward through the cave. You will need to turn into the opening on the right, but you follow to the left. On the left hand is a red chest, on the right is the shore. Stand on the edge of the cliff and throw the ax at Odin's green raven sitting on a branch. Go further, destroy the plant and get to the location with the Forest Ancient. To defeat this mini-boss, wait for him to open his chest, then throw the axe. You will deal moderate damage to the enemy. Sooner or later, an exploding stone will fly out of it. Pick it up and drop it when the Ancient One's chest is open again. As a result, you will deal significant damage to him, as well as stun him, and you can melee attack on the right counterpart. It will drop Conjoined Skin, Shattered Rune, and Chaos Flame, needed to upgrade Chaos Blades.

After the victory, make your way inside the ruins and burn the bushes with the Blades of Chaos. Jump over to the other side and climb up. There is a legendary chest on the left, but on your first visit, you can't do anything with it. Jump down, kill some gulons (use a log and a dry tree), and then make your way through the hole to a new location.

Location: East Barry Woods

Move forward until you find the Einherja Archers. Before you find them, you will encounter several locations and puzzles. So far, Kratos has no tools to interact with them. After the archers, a fiery gradung will appear. In principle, the monster is not as dangerous as it seems at first glance. You can also hit a tree stump to stun nearby enemies. Keep moving, climbing, and jumping on the rock. In front of the village, destroy the Cursed Nekku, and then finish off the rest of the enemies that he makes immortal.

Location: East Barry Woods

Cross the bridge to the first house and look to the left. Throw the ax at the spinner to turn the hooked crane and jump over to the other side. Exit the house to the left, throw the ax at the spinner and use the same hook to jump over to the land. Go to the left and on the left-hand look for the scroll "Household Affairs" (legends). If you go forward without turning anywhere, you will find the fourth draugr pit with the Hateful. This will be a very difficult fight, during which ordinary draugrs will appear. During the battle, I recommend using Valor (if you are trying to defeat him as soon as you arrive at the village) to restore health. Also run back from the pit to a more spacious location, where there is a log that can be used to heat the Hateful and other enemies. Use normal enemies as another way to heal. The hated will be charged with fire. At such moments, run away and throw an ax to knock off the buff. Otherwise, if you hit in melee, an explosion will occur and you will take significant damage. You will receive Regal Embers and another Chaos Spark. Behind the pit there is a hole that leads to a legendary chest with a level 4 spawn frame (shield upgrades).

Location: Abandoned village

When you're ready, enter the only building on this side and slide down the ropes to a new location. On the wall inside the building, there is a blue inscription "Freya's Prayer" (legends). Clear the courtyard, which can be accessed through a gap in the wall on the left. At the bottom and on one of the ledges there are blocks that you can throw at opponents. At the end of the battle, a thug will appear. Lower the chain to raise the gate. You can burn the bushes on the right and go up to the red chest. Then go left. You will find plants releasing blue poison gas. Throw an ax at a plant with skulls to temporarily freeze it.

Location: Abandoned village

Walk past, destroy the eggs and burn the bushes to grab onto the ledge above. Climb up and look on the right side of the path for one area with poison. Below, on the right is a totem. Freeze it and jump down. Open the legendary chest to find a Level 4 Shattered Star Shield. Keep moving, pull the cable and slide down. Jump forward and along the walls. At the top, move to a large structure with a spinner. First, go to the left and throw down the blades of Chaos to burn the plant (in the lower part of the thickets). After that, you can throw an ax at the spinner to rotate the structure on which the burning brazier hangs.

Along the way, let's open the norn chest. Rotate the structure so that the brazier is next to you. Pull on yourself, standing on a cliff, from where the thickets were burned. Directly below you is the first brazier with a rune. Then rotate the structure so that you can jump to the left using the red hook point. Having done this, turn the brazier structure towards you, pull it towards you so that it burns the thickets on the other side of the broken bridge. Take your time. In front of this part of the bridge, among the roots of a tree on the left, the second brazier from the norn chest is hidden. Push the burning brazier from the structure towards it. Return to the right side of the bridge and jump over to the other. Go down under the bridge. To the right is a chest of holes, and to the left is a third brazier, into which you need to throw the Blades of Chaos. Inside the chest you will find Idunn's apple.

Keep moving and drop down to an area with a large spinner structure that can't rotate. Find a hole on the side that leads to a niche with a regular chest. Make your way there and follow the chest to the left. Throw the blades of Chaos through the hole on the left to remove the pillar that is blocking the mechanism. Having done this, go upstairs, turn the mechanism by throwing an ax at the turntable, and get over to the other side. Go forward, kill the plant and turn the mechanism to jump over to the legendary chest, inside of which is hidden a weak attack rune for the blades of Chaos "Glare of Helios".

Climb the walls to get to the other side and open the far doors. Watch the cut scene.

After that, the battle against Nidhogg will begin. This is a very large and dangerous opponent. At the first stage, he is immobile. If you move away from him, he uses ranged unblockable attacks. Just dodge to the side. Immediately after that, attack him with an ax, from a run, and hit him in close combat. Block or dodge attacks. Keep going until the finishing hint appears. Interact with the boss.

In the second stage, the enemy will use more sophisticated methods of fighting. Wait for the moment when he plunges his tail into the ground, run up, and double-clicks on L1 to interrupt the attack with blue rings. Immediately after this stage, the third stage starts. Now the snake will be more mobile, but Freya will also begin to help you. Dodge unblockable attacks, throw an axe. When Nidhogg lowers his head down, right after his attack you can hit with a running start. If the enemy has come down to the ground, then attack him by dodging or blocking melee attacks. And again, he can stick his tail into the ground. In this case, double tap on L1 to temporarily stun the enemy.

Once Freya places the purple seals on the bottom of the pillar where Nidhogg sits, use the Blades of Chaos and attack the seals at L2+R2. The lizard will be stunned and you will be able to deal significant damage to it. Do the same with the second column, but now use the Leviathan axe. It is more difficult for them to activate the seals, so they will have to suffer a little. Kill the snake. When the last stage begins, wait: as soon as the lizard opens its mouth, throw an ax at it and finish off the boss. Freya is released. In addition, for winning a battle, you will unlock an amulet that you can enchant. The higher its level, the more spells can be applied. You will also get Frozen Flame, which will allow you to upgrade your axe.

Go back. Freya will tell you how to destroy the red thorns. Aim at R2 and click on the "square", then plunge the Blades of Chaos into the seal. Move on. You can burn the thicket on the right in the same way to open the red chest. Kill all enemies. If the enemy is on fire or frozen, shoot Freya's arrow and then an elemental explosion will occur.

Location: Western Barry Woods

Move forward until you find two towers at once. Throw an ax at one of them. Shoot Freya's arrow to extend the effect, return the ax and throw it at another tower. Move forward until you find the will-o'-the-wisps. Launch Freya's arrow first, then throw the ax or blades of Chaos to damage them. After the cut scene, examine the rune "Harmony" (legends) on the stele on the right.

Pass into the formed opening. You will find shooting flowers and a chest covered in roots. Next to the chest there is a large bud with flowers connected to it. Burn it with the Blades of Chaos to destroy the flowers and open the chest. Pick up the stone. Win one more battle. Freya's arrows destroy the shields of the Einehirs. Put three seals on an object in the river and thorns on the other side, and then set it on fire. The spheres of the seals must be in contact with each other. Then set fire to the nearest seal.

Go back and watch the cut scene. You can take a request from Lund, next to Brock. When you're ready, follow the marker and Freya will show you how to open the Golden Haze Seals. Now you can do it anywhere. Go through the opened doorway. Also at this moment, the request "Sanctuary of the Elves" starts. On the up arrow you can switch between sonic arrows and print arrows. First, create three consecutive seals from the edge of the red spines to the object on the left or right. Ignite the seals with the Blades of Chaos. Switch to sonic arrows and destroy the log with the green seal. Get into the boat and swim forward until you find an island with a mystical gate on the left. On the right is the "Emblem of Skirnir" (artifacts, Family Emblems). If you are ready to leave this place, use the mystical gates.

The escape

After completing the "Payback" quest, you will again control Atreus, who went to Midgard. After knocking down the log on the edge of the ledge, jump over to the other side, where you will meet a new enemy. Instead of shooting arrows at him, first, deflect the enemy's attacks, or hit with a shield just before he hits. After stunning him, you will be able to attack the enemy in close combat. Immediately after the victory, the monster will turn into three lights. Hit them with sonic or seal arrows to stun the wisps, then melee attack them. Push another log off the edge of the ledge and you will enter a new area.

The escape

Below you will encounter more Wisps and Hel Raiders. Follow the path down and then climb over the wall. Follow the path and jump off the high wall. After jumping over a wooden log, you will find yourself in a sacred grove. Another iconic place! Watch the cut scene.

Inside the house, close the window on the left side. You can inspect various items, although this is not necessary. When you're done, take the book and start a fire in the fireplace. So you will warm the huge turtle. Watch the video to move to a completely new place.

The escape

You will spawn in the Plains of Ida in Asgard. Follow the raven to Hrimtur's wall. Deal with a few opponents, keep going forward until you get to a stone totem that spawns wisps. Take care of the wisps and destroy the stone structure so they stop respawning. Then crawl through the crack in the rock and fight the enemies. During the fight, lights will appear that you need to take care of. Climb the wall and keep going forward, following the raven. On the left, there is a legendary chest that you can open by matching the symbols together next to the burning bonfire just above. Either way, you need to use this to get ahead. Inside the chest is a new bow ability, Shattered Seal.

Keep walking forward following the raven until a cutscene will play. Atreus decides to climb the Wall of Hrimtur. Near the wall, on the left side there is a yellow chest with silver, so be sure to open it. It's time to start climbing. There are markings on the wall indicating how to climb correctly.

About halfway you will have to kill the monster. Remember that you can't hit them with arrows, so deflect attacks and hit with melee attacks. As soon as you destroy the monster, deal with three lights. When you're done, shoot the sonic arrow at the golden chain and keep going up. Go through the gap in the wall to enter the cave. There are two stone totems here that need to be destroyed, otherwise, the wisps will constantly attack you. Once you're done, go up to the top exit of the cave.

You are almost there! Climb up the drawer pulley and destroy the sonic stone in front of this place. Throw the hook to the other side and destroy the mount with the sonic arrow. Then jump back to the first crate and cut the rope to fly up to the top.

Get rid of the enemies. Open the red chest on the ledge above to get silver and an idalir branch. Keep climbing using the markers on the wall to point you in the right direction. Eventually, you will reach a point where a cutscene will begin.

Follow your new "friend" Heimdall and enjoy the splendor of Asgard. Get on the lift and talk to him. As you descend, you will reach a new area called Gladsheim. Once you're downstairs, look on the left side for a yellow chest with silver. Climb on the animal and ride around the city. You will be taken to the Grand Lodge, but instead of meeting with Odin, Heimdall will attack you. Fight off enemies, and then get ready to fight Heimdall himself. You still won't be able to hit him, so continue until the cut-scene starts.

Once you regain control, follow Odin. You will be teleporting to different places, so just enjoy the journey. Once you have regained full control of Atreus, look in the wardrobe to find the ace uniform and ace bow. You can spend some time upgrading your gear and looking around, but when you're ready, exit through the door and watch the cutscene.

Once the cutscene ends, follow Trud through the Grand Lodge. You can go straight to Odin or spend more time with Trud. Climb the stairs and chat with Trud. Along the way, you will meet other Asgardians. Once you're done, enter Odin's office and watch a cutscene. You will automatically receive a scroll called "On the Gjallarhorn". Once you regain control, follow Odin. You will enter the Rift. Watch the cut-scene that ends the passage of the next chapter.

On fire

On fire

In this mission, Thor will be your companion. Remember the mask fragment that Odin gave earlier? You can equip it using the left button on the D-pad. When it starts glowing, you are moving in the right direction. Look to the left of the starting area to see a large pile of rocks and debris. The mask will light up and Thor will clear the blockage. Get rid of the draugr and take out the mask fragment again to determine the right direction. Thor will take you up to a high ledge where you will face another group of Draugr. Deal with them. Do not forget that the Ingrid sword is available to you, with which you can attack in close combat by clicking on the "square". Once you're done, you'll see a red chest ahead with an Idalir branch, tree cane, and silver.

Once again, get the mask fragment and go to the debris to the left of the arena. Thor will clear the way again. Follow the path up and climb over the wall behind the lava waterfall. A short cut-scene will start, but once the action resumes, you will have to kill a few more draugrs.

Put on the mask again and follow to the ledge overlooking Muspelheim. You need to find your way down the cliff, so head back to Thor who says he spotted something. You will find yourself in the Molten Basin. Pick up the silver on the left side. Catch up with Thor, who will throw you into the arena with draugr and larger enemies. Some enemies will drop Idalir Wood, so don't forget to pick it up. You will also receive a new Runic Summon "Falcon Leap". Once the battle is over, Thor will return to Atreus. Make your way through the gap in the rubble and head towards the sanctuary of Surt, which Atreus pointed out earlier. Climb the wall to cross the lava and drop down to another arena that the Wisps are defending. To the left is a large stone monolith that spawns mobs. Destroy it to stop the process, then open the yellow chest with silver. Interact with the shrine and watch the cutscene.

Climb the wall and return to Thor. When you climb through the opening in the rubble, you will encounter enemies. Kill them and use the mask fragment to examine the rubble blocking the gate opposite where you came from. Thor will clear the way. Climb up the hill where the broken mask will begin to pulse, so take it out and head towards the glow where a cutscene will start. Click on the "circle" to connect the pieces of the Broken Mask and automatically return to Odin.

You will return to Asgard. Return to Atreus' quarters. There is a yellow chest on the left and a silver chest on the right. There is even more silver in Odin's office, including an unmarked chest on the left side of the room. When you walk past Trud's bedroom, the girl will call you. Go inside and talk on various topics. You can also eavesdrop on Thor and Sif, whose bedroom is at the end of the corridor. When you're done, go back to the bedroom and get into bed. A cutscene will start and the mission will end.

word of fate

At the beginning of this quest, you can listen to the conversation between Tyr and Freya at the dinner table. There is a chest next to the dwarf brothers' shop that contains uncollected resources. You can also upgrade equipment. Several new accessories and enchantments are available, so stock up and get ready. Once you're done, go outside. Brock will stop you. Sindri will return Kratos his shield. Head to the Mystic Gate and talk to Ratatoskr. Then go to Midgard.

Go down the hill near Kratos' house and get the sled ready. Open the gate and climb onto the sled. Wolves can smell the norn, and you can track them down. The path is straight, so enjoy the sleigh ride until you get to the Lake of the Nine. Once you're on the Lake of Nine, the wolves will bark and turn their heads in the direction of the scent, so use their movements as a guide. Head east and get off the sled to climb the wall.

Get to the royal grave, where you will be ambushed by raiders. There will be a ferocious ogre here that you can mount after dealing enough damage. Use it to destroy the rest of the enemies. Be careful of some of the raiders because they have ice shields that need to be burned with the Blades of Chaos. You can also use Shield Bash by double-clicking L1. Once you've defeated everyone, interact with the broken tombstone in the center of the arena. You will find a Skofnung hilt that needs to be repaired. After picking up the item, you will destroy the ice wall and be able to move forward.

To the left is a red chest with silver and dwarven steel. Collect all of these and let Freya break the wall to the right of the chest. Unfortunately, this is a false trail, so go back to the wolves and get on the sled. Focus on the wolves again and move in the direction they are facing. They will lead you to the Lost Treasury. There is a norn chest here that you can open. Also look for a legendary chest with a grindstone and an accessory. If you turn around and break the chains, you can start a new Sigrun's Curse request, so use the Seal Arrows to burn the vines and optionally complete part of the mission. Break the wall. Again a false trail. Return to the wolves and continue your search for the norns. Pass the ship graveyard to the west and follow Freya forward.

Let Freya break the wall again. There is no one below. There is a mystical gate to the left, but be careful approaching it as you will be ambushed. Deal with the enemies, then return to the sled. This time, the wolves will lead you north of the Lake of Nine. There is another Norn chest here. Light the first brazier on the right and then climb up the wall. By doing this, you will be able to get the Horn of Bloody Mead. At the top of the wall, Kratos will break the ice and you will be taken to another arena with more enemies.

Keep climbing the wall. At the top, turn around to see one of Odin's ravens perched on the edge of a cliff. There will be raiders in the camp. Deal with them as soon as possible and search the red chest for Dwarven Steel and Silver. Once you've done that, catch up with Freya and ask her to open the wall to get into the cave. Looks like you've hit the right track! Follow the path and burn the bushes on the right using the Blades of Chaos. Climb up the wall. The first Traveler will appear on the upper bridge - a dangerous enemy that uses blinding. When you finish off the enemy, open the yellow and red chests and continue on your way.

As soon as you return outside, you will be ambushed by light elves. Follow the path and climb the ice bridge, where new enemies are waiting for you. A little further you will meet your first Ice Nightmare, as well as the Ghost of Hel. Open the yellow chest at the end of the path for silver, then climb up the wall.

frost phantom

The Frost Phantom is a fairly easy boss. First you need to aim at the rune located in the "head" area of the phantom. Order Freya to attack the rune with arrows, use your axe. The enemy can swing his "tail". Dodge to the side. Fill up the stun meter below the health bar, then run towards one of the purple monoliths that has spawned. Break it to deal real damage to the enemy. You need to repeat this with all monoliths. The beast will drop the Yggdrasil stone (improves the amulet), the Flame of Chaos, and other resources.

Pick up the stone blocking the path. Shortly after climbing the wall, look to the right for a red chest with silver and wood. Enter the cave and climb over the wall. Once you're at the bottom, you'll run into a door. Pass through it. You will be ambushed by draugrs who will have to be destroyed. Eventually, you will find yourself face to face with Mimir hanging from a tree. Interact with him. You are attacked by different opponents. After the fight, grab Mimir's head to move to another location.

Defeat the enemies who ambushed you and then move towards the house where Atreus and Odin are waiting. You will wake up behind the door you just tried to open. Walk forward to be at the Well of Urd. Climb aboard the kelpie. Suddenly, he will take you deep under the water. Just enjoy the ride.

Climb the steps to the golden curtain and watch the cut scene. When it's over, climb back onto the Kelpie to return to the surface. It's time to head back to your sleigh, so enter the cave, picking up some silver along the way. On the right is a red chest with dwarven steel. Climb the wall and open the yellow chest on the right. Around the corner is another red chest with sharpened metal.

Break through the wall Freya is pointing at and head back outside. Keep going down until you reach a rope that leads even lower. Some more silver can be found in this area. Take it and go down to the sleigh with wolves. Lake of Nine has a lot to offer, including a few requests, so stay here for as long as you like. When you're ready to continue the story, go through the mystical gate and return to Sindri's house.

Back at Sindri's house, talk to Ratatoskr. He asks for the return of the escaped Lindwyrms, which will trigger a new request called "The Lost Lindwyrms". Take the trap and enter the house. Talk to Brok and Sindri to find out about the next step. Talk to them again and watch the video. Once it's over, go outside and get ready to travel to Svartalfheim. As soon as you pass through the mystical gate, a new task will begin.

Forge of your own destiny

You have returned to Svartalfheim with Brok and Freya. At the very beginning, on the left side, look for a yellow chest with silver. Follow Freya. On the left there is a box that can be destroyed with sonic arrows, but to continue the story, go to the right. Burn the thorns and make your way into the smaller tunnel, collecting silver along the way. Once you're done, climb back up and blow up the barrel ahead. As a result of the explosion, a hole is created in the gate, and you can continue on your way. Fight enemies. There are thorns ahead that can be burned with the Blades of Chaos and open a yellow chest with silver. There is oil on the left side that can be set on fire to create a hole in the gate. Move on.

Forge of your own destiny

There will be new enemies ahead and you can set them on fire using barrels and spilled oil on the ground. Make your way to the pumpkin cart, which you need to push off to continue deeper into the service tunnels. On the left, there is a legendary chest with a strong rune attack "Mist of Fimbulwinter".

Pull the chain to move the gate out of the way. Order Freya to shoot the Seal Arrow at the gear and freeze it with the Leviathan Axe. Move forward and use the Twilight Stone to hit the gate with your ax and destroy the plate on the other side, opening the way forward. On the other side, a strong Bergsra awaits you, so get ready for a long fight. Don't forget to use Shield Bash to interrupt some of the attacks by pressing L1 twice.

You can freeze the stream of water at the top of the room with the Leviathan Ax to spin the huge blades and open the big gate. From the direction, you entered the room, first go through the gate on the left. There is a Norn Chest here that you can open and get Idunn's Apple. Right around the corner, you will be attacked by an enemy infected with the Nightmare Parasite. After killing him, open the way back to the main water room. Before you continue, you can head back to an area with more enemies, a yellow chest, and red chests. If you climb up the chain at the back of the room, you can turn the wheel, which will move the flow of water, and you can open another gate in the main room.

Back in the main room, use the Seal Arrow in combination with Kratos' Ax to pour water into the downpipe. When the water flows into the right chute, take the ax and throw it into the water above the blades to open the next gate. Finish two Bergsr. We recommend fighting them one by one. The small portal at the end of the corridor has resources, including world dust. Be sure to grab them, then open the gate on the right side.

Walk down the corridor and open the red chest on the right to find an Asgardian Ingot and other resources. Climb the marked wall to get to the Forge, where Brock is waiting for you. You will split up with Freya. Follow Brock down the path to the left. You were in this area while controlling Atreus. Destroy the Nest of Nightmares. In the end, you will come to the gate, in front of which there are enemies. Open the gate and follow Brock to the city of the gnomes. At the end of the path, look for a yellow chest on your left.

Unfortunately, the lift is broken and the Nightmares are to blame. Follow the path to the right and destroy their nest. Burn the thorns on the right hand and climb the wall. You can get to the other side by freezing the geyser. Follow on and freeze the upper geyser to raise the lift on which Brock rides. Stand on it and order Brock to close the geyser. Once you're on high ground, climb the wall and ask Brock to open the geyser again. This will open a corner and you can freeze the first geyser. Have Brock close the raised geyser to open the gate.

On the other side, there will be a legendary chest with a strong rune attack "Eruption of Atlas". Grab an item and climb the wall. Throw the ax at the Nest of Nightmares. After it is destroyed, the lift will be able to move. Climb up the lift and turn the wheel to get to the top.

As soon as you get off the elevator, kill the enemies and follow inside the cave. Follow Brock and you'll notice one of Odin's ravens perched on the wall. Climb aboard the elevator and turn the wheel. Brock needs materials to repair the lift. Break off the piece of stone on the left side and return it to Brock. Then do the same with bronze.

Forge of your own destiny

Return to the lift and turn the crank again. Watch the cut scene. By the time you regain control, Kratos will have the Draupnir Spear. Test out a new weapon by taking out a few enemies, then throw your spear into the yellow crack. You probably noticed such cracks throughout the game. Explode the spear by clicking on the "triangle". This will allow you to climb the wall. There are three nests of Nightmares upstairs, so destroy them using the new spear. On the right side of the location, there is a red chest with an Asgardian shard and dwarven steel. Throw your spear at the cracks and blow them up at the same time. This will have to be done in order to move forward.

Make your way through the gap in the wall and get ready to fight the Nightmares. To the left of this area, there is a wall with two cracks, from which a powerful stream of air blows. Throw a spear at them to create crossbars that you can use to reach the Yggdrasil Rift. Inside is one of the Lost Lindwyrms. Interact with the Yggdrasil Rift again to get resources. Once you're done, blow up the stone that prevents you from jumping over the wall and continue on.

Ahead will be a ferocious ogre. Attack it until you can ride it to destroy other enemies. Another big enemy will enter the arena, so repeat the steps. Open the blue chest to get silver, and optionally spend time upgrading Kratos and his equipment. Climb down the mountain and continue forward into the dwarf city where a cutscene will start.

After the cutscene, go through the gate and reunite with Freya. There are Einherjar warriors on the other side, so help Freya defeat them. Follow Freya. She mentions that she has found a mystical gate and needs to get to it by cart. Here you can also see one of Odin's ravens in the sky. There is also a Norn Chest containing Bloodmead Horn, which requires Draupnir's Spear to open. Look for the rift of Yggdrasil with a ferocious hunter. Get on the wagon. As soon as you get off it, you will find a tombstone that you can interact with to start a new request. If you do this, a mini-boss fight will begin.

Hardrefill the Heartless

Hardrefill the Heartless is the first berserk soul you'll encounter as part of the quest Fit for a King. Although he doesn't have many moves, he needs to accurately time his attacks and blocks. He can jump towards you, plunging his sword into the ground. You can reflect this attack. Reflect blows and counterattack. Eventually, it will retreat and fly into the air, with a green circle on the ground indicating where the enemy will land. You need to dodge at the last second to dodge the wave he will create. As the battle develops, the enemy will hit the ground several times in a row. Therefore, do not overdo it with the duration of your attacks. Repeat until you win. You will receive Asgardian Fortitude, Enchantment, and other resources.

Once you're ready, go to the mystical gate and throw your spear into the hole in the wall where the air is oozing. Jump to the other side with the spear. Before you enter, you can talk to Durlin to unlock the "Spirit of Rebellion" request. Then return to the House of Sindri. Go inside and talk to Brok and Sindri. You will immediately unlock the weak rune attack "Huldr's Charge". Upgrade your gear, place Mimir on the table in front of the fireplace, and head to your quarters. Watch the cut scene. When Kratos wakes up, you will need to follow Faye to the boat. Get on the boat and swim forward. The path is straight, so just listen to the story Fei tells Atreus. Eventually, you will go downstream, but you can still use the camera to look around.

Hardrefill the Heartless

You are now in control of Atreus. Check out the wardrobe and pick up the new Runic Reload Accessory. At the exit from the room, the door to the room of Sif and Thor will be opened, but there is nothing interesting inside. You can also eavesdrop on a conversation at Trud's door talking to Sif. When you're done, go forward to Thor's office. Follow the library. When you go down, you will find an argument between Thor and Odin. After the cutscene, you will be taken to Helheim with Trud and Heimdall. The task will end.

Liberation of Hel

As with the Muspelheim mission, your first task is to retrieve the mask fragment using the left button on the D-pad and use it to find the right path. You need to climb the stairs and go between the rocks. On the right, there is a yellow chest with silver. There will be opponents ahead, so be sure to deal with them. Trud will quickly deal with most of the enemies you encounter, so keep moving forward while killing the enemies. Eventually, you will reach a locked door. Turn it to keep moving. There is a lot of silver on the corpses in this area, so don't forget to pick it up. Keep moving forward until you reach Wadgelmir Docks.

The mask will lead to a dead end, so go back and get ready for a new battle. Enemies will come from both sides of the giant wooden fence. Use the big crate and push it up to the ledge to get up to the higher ground.

There is a sonic stone on the right, so shoot it with the appropriate arrow. Shoot the plate with a standard arrow to break through the heavy box below. Before you jump off, follow the path to the opposite end where you fought the raiders. There is a legendary chest with the Falling Sky bow ability. Return to the previously blocked area and climb onto the crate that was just dropped. Here you will be attacked by another enemy group. At the back of the room, on the right side, is a grate that you can destroy with sonic arrows. Thanks to this, you will be able to go down to an area where you could not go before. Once there, open the red chest in front to find an idalir branch, wood, and silver.

Go forward and destroy the draugr. You will also encounter Nightmares. Climb up the stairs that lead to the giant stone wall. While Trud opens a passage, knock down the target ahead to drop a heavy item. Head back down and follow the path until you reach another giant crate with a hole above it. Deal with the ambush. Enemies drop Idalyr Branches, so be sure to collect them all before moving on. They are needed to improve equipment.

Turn the handle to open the door and follow Trud. There is another blocked door ahead, so look for another way. Behind a bunch of boxes is another grate into which you can shoot a sonic arrow, then jump down. A fragment of the mask leads to a passage with a crate. Labor cannot move him. Run to the other side and shoot the chain with a sonic arrow to clear a path. Climb up the crate at the far end and destroy the bars with the sonic arrow. Climb up and keep moving forward. You will find yourself in a location with a giant ship. To the left is a room with a red chest. Inside - idalir branch, metal and silver. Try to open the door opposite and Trud will do it for you. Shoot the target at the top of the chain on the right side to open the door.

Liberation of Hel

Ahead will be opponents who need to be destroyed. Open the yellow chest on the left to get some silver, then use the mask fragment to get directions. Labor will move the crate to the side so you can use your hook. Climb down the golden chain and follow forward and to the left. There is another legendary chest here with a runic call "Wrath of the Wolf". On the left, next to the wall, there is a box that previously blocked the path. Shoot him down. Go back the way you came here and you'll be ambushed. Once the enemies are dead, climb up the metal chain and return to Trud.

You can continue along the previously blocked path. Open the yellow chest on the right to get silver. Climb onto the crate and jump into the next room. Climb up the stairs. You will see something ominous on the horizon, so be on the lookout. You will reach the Gnipahellir Wharf and the mask fragment will indicate that you are in the right place. Keep moving forward, go up the stairs and break the lock on the left side. Repeat with the fastener on the right. At this stage, the third, final chain is revealed to be broken. Watch the cut scene and then go to the empty cell.

Liberation of Hel

Trud will run away, so catch up with her before the cutscene starts. You will return to Asgard, so follow Heimdall up the stairs to Odin's office. The Allfather will tell you to go to your quarters, so head back to the bedroom, trying to comfort Trud along the way. When you're ready, return to your room. Check out the wardrobe to upgrade your gear. Eventually, there will be a knock on your door. Open it and watch the video. Once you regain control of the character, go outside and deal with the enemies, and then return through the mystical gate to Sindri's house.

As soon as you pass through the mystical gate, you will find that Sindri's house is under attack. Help your allies defeat the Hel Raiders and keep them away from Freya so she can close the rift. Eventually, she will call for help, so approach her and interact with the rift. Once you regain control of Kratos, protect Freya and Atreus from the raiders. At this point, you will have access to the new Spartan Fury. You will also have to fight new opponents, shadows from Hel. Once the countdown is over, watch the cutscene that ends the chapter.

reunion

Head to the mystic gate, talk to Ratatoskr and return to Helheim. As soon as you exit the gate, you will find yourself in a new location. Ahead is one of Odin's Ravens. Look for a crack in the wall that can be blown up with Draupnir's spear. Climb over the wall, go down and get ready to fight with the archers of Hel. Once the enemies have been defeated, climb up the back wall where the opponents were and read the Prayer to Hraisvelgr runes. Turn around to face the big iceberg and throw spears at all three glowing spots, then detonate them at the same time. When you fall down, other opponents will attack you, so deal with them and climb the wall.

To the right, at the top of the stairs, there is a yellow chest with silver. Follow through the gap in the wall to get to a new location. Here you can start a new request. You'll also find a new ax attachment, Healing Harmony's Grasp. Climb up the broken bridge and look on the other side for a wheel to raise the gate. Approach the gap on the left side of the gear and ask Atreus to shoot some seal arrows. Throw an ax at them to freeze the gear and leave the gate up. There is a yellow chest with silver on the ledge behind the gate.

In the next area, you will see Garm. Deal with Nightmares and Raiders that attack you. If you follow the path to the right and down, you can see a gap in the wall. Throw Draupnir's spear through it. On the other side is a legendary chest with a strong rune attack "Taming the Beast". Before you open it, you will have to kill several raiders from Hel. Run to the end of the pier and jump down. Push Atreus up to destroy the rocks. Continue climbing to come face to face with an angry Garm. Unfortunately, he will run away and you will be attacked by another opponent. Use the Blades of Chaos to burn through the armor. Once you're done, crawl through the gap in the wall.

When you jump off the ledge, look to the right for a yellow chest with silver. Climb to the other side and deal with the ambushed enemies. Jump over to the path on the left side. Be sure to collect Shattered Runes from the corpse below. Soon you will arrive at the shipyard of the Fallen, where a traveler from Hel awaits you. The main thing to know about this opponent is that when he starts to absorb power in his overhead hand, you need to throw an ax at the ball he created in order to thwart a powerful attack. Otherwise, this is a fairly simple fight with a slow opponent, so defending against his attacks is very simple. It will drop the "Grace of Wrath" enchantment. You will also receive Frozen Flame to upgrade the Leviathan and other resources. Once you're done in the area, turn the big wheel to open the gate and have Atreus shoot the arrows of the seal at its top. When the seal ball is large enough, throw the ax to freeze the gear and create a safe passage to the next area. To the left is a red chest with petrified bone, stone wood, and silver.

reunion

Keep going forward until you reach a group of relatively easy enemies. If you follow the path to the right, you can throw a spear into the hole and cross over to the other side. On the left will be a niche with silver. Moving on, don't forget to pick up Shattered Runes from the corpse. There is another legendary chest ahead, this time with a light rune attack "Strike of a Thousand Soldiers". Squeeze through the wall and keep moving forward. As you move, you will see a big battle in the distance. As soon as you fall down, you will be attacked by raiders from Hel. Deal with them and continue on the path to Garm.

Wait for Atreus to distract him and then block the mount with the Leviathan Axe. Run and grab the chain. Garm will run away again. Open the door and deal with the raiders. At the end of the path, destroy a few items to find a good angle to hit the pillar. Throw a spear to create a beam and reach a higher ledge. There are Nightmares waiting for you upstairs, so kill them quickly, but beware of the ghost from Hel. Once you're done, you can knock the bucket off the higher ledge and some shattered runes. Soon you will reach the Silent Glade. Jump on the wall and go forward to fight Garm.

How to beat Garm

After Atreus' plan to tame Garm doesn't work, you'll have to fight him. This is one of the most spectacular fights in the game. Garm will swing his chain, so be sure to dodge it and freeze it with your ax when the chain gets stuck in the ground. So you stun him and can deal devastating damage. Garm can slam its paws on the ground, causing icy ripples, but if timed correctly, it can be deflected. When he tries to bite you, dodge to the side.

How to beat Garm

As the fight progresses, the wolf will start spitting stones at you. You can throw them back at the enemy to deal damage. Once the enemy is on high ground, be prepared to dodge the icy projectiles they will launch in your direction. Be careful when he returns to the arena, as this fall will set off a deadly wave that you need to roll over. As the boss's health decreases, he will begin to combine his moves. Combos will become longer. He will swing the rope several times before it gets stuck in the ground. However, despite the increase in the number of moves, the strategy remains the same: freeze the chain when it gets stuck in the ground, and then grab it. The fight ends with a QTE sequence, so get ready to frantically press the "circle" and "square" until the beast is defeated once and for all.

Once you regain your breath, climb the wall and follow the only path, trying to find your way out of Helheim. Follow the path down to open a yellow chest with silver. On the right side, there is a legendary chest with a new shield. Ahead is another locked door, but you already know how to open it: turn the wheel and order Atreus to release the arrows of the seal located on the counterweight. Then throw an ax at them to freeze the gear and go through the doorway. Go through the doorway and watch the cut scene. It turns out that Garm is not dead, and you need to run away from him.

The path is clear, so keep moving forward, killing the enemies you meet along the way. In the end, Garm will block the way. Use Draupnir's spear and throw it at your feet. The boss will temporarily retreat, but will be able to knock Kratos down. Deal with the raiders and break the wooden beams on the right. Then climb up the wall and continue forward up the stairs.

Battle with Garm #2

Looks like you'll have to fight against Garm again. This time he has a pair of glowing dots on his neck and leg. When they glow, throw a spear to make a powerful explosion. So you will deal a lot of damage to the boss. Most of the previous moves are repetitive, so you should already have a good idea of how to fight him. Dodge the projectiles he fires, and when you have the opportunity, throw the spear again. In the end, you will stun the beast, but it will still get back on its feet. You will have to stun him a second time, so repeat the steps. As soon as he falls, press R3 and click on the "circle" several times while Atreus climbs onto the wolf. As soon as the hint appears, press "square" to make the last attack.

Battle with Garm #2

Now that Garm is hurt, it's up to you to hunt him down one last time. Squeeze through the gap in the wall and then follow the path to the marked spot where you can climb up. Keep climbing the wall until a cutscene starts. Suddenly you have a new ally!

It's time to return to the mystic gate, so use the grappling hook and jump down to another puzzle door. Turn the wheel and then command Atreus to shoot the Seal Arrow at the bottom cog. Throw the ax to freeze the top gear and go through the door. On the other side is one of Odin's Ravens, as well as an additional legend. Follow forward, up the stairs, and through the wall until you reach the mystical gate. They are buried in rubble that needs to be removed. Watch the cut scene. When you're ready, go through the mystical gate back to Sindri's house. As soon as you exit the gate, go into the house and watch another cutscene.

At this stage, you can fulfill the requests or go straight to Vanaheim to catch up with Freya. Whatever you choose, we recommend that you first check out the Huldr brothers shop to upgrade your equipment. When you're ready to continue the main storyline, head to Freyr's camp in Vanaheim. As soon as you arrive at the place, get on the boat. The usual way to get to the camp will no longer work. Instead, go left and then turn right to get to the beach. There will be a cave here that you can go into and use your spear to set up a couple of bars and move inside. When you exit the cave, read the runes "Vanaheim's Lullaby" on the tree trunk. Interact with the bowl of food next to the campfire and watch a cutscene.

Follow Hildiswini through the gate and move deeper into Vanaheim. You will reach the place where you need to use the spear. The task will end soon.

Creatures of prophecy

At the very beginning of the quest, look for a red chest with silver and dwarven-steel in front of you. Remember the exploding plants from the Reckoning quest? Well, there are a lot of them in Vanaheim, so beware of the one on the left side. Use the hook to jump over the gap and beware of another plant ahead. Crawl under the roots of the tree and keep moving forward. Outside, you will have to deal with a hunter and a few lights.

Creatures of prophecy

Crawl under the wooden beams and move forward using the Blades of Chaos to climb up to the higher ground. When you go down, you will be attacked by new opponents. The nokke needs to be dealt with first, as it makes the Cursed Gulons stronger and automatically regenerates their health. Don't forget that their corpses explode. If you use the spear to destroy the pillar at the back of the area, you can climb up to the higher ground and find the legendary chest. There will be a strong rune attack "Roar of Leviathan" inside. Once you're done, go back to where you fought the nokke and make your way through the tree roots. You will find yourself in the East Barry Woods.

Follow forward until your path is blocked by a boulder. Throw a spear at it and then blow it up to clear a passage. On the right, there are thorns that you can destroy by combining Seal Arrows and Blades of Chaos. This will find a red chest that is protecting the tatzelwurm, so deal with it and the nokke before opening the red chest with an Asgardian ingot, Dwarven steel and silver. You will also find a cursed nokke that will appear behind Kratos. Follow forward and notice one of Odin's Ravens in the tree trunk, to the right of the red chest. To the left behind the norn chest is a velva. Open the chest containing the Ignot apple. Keep moving forward.

Soon you will find Skoll and Hati resting. Now you need to return the stolen moon. Hug against the wall behind Skoll and Hati to get through. Knock down a pot of poisonous plants to get Dwarven Steel. There will be a poisonous fog ahead, which should be frozen with an ax to create a safe passage. Repeat this action with another source and deal with the Einherjar. Lower the gate with the Blades of Chaos and collect the legend on the wall on the left.

Chase the new enemy and take the time to open the red chest on the left with silver and dwarven steel. Here you will hear one of Odin's Ravens. Climb down the rope and use the spear to break a crack in the wall opposite. There's an ambush waiting for you on the other side, so get ready for a big fight against the Einherjars. Use the hook for Blades of Chaos. Once you're done, drop the golden chain to descend to the moon. The moon will be stolen by an Einhercher, so chase the thief. When you get ambushed, take care of the approaching enemies.

Soon you will come across a large red monolith, at the center of which you can throw a spear to create a crossbar. Follow the thief. He will go up the waterfall, and you will have to use the spear again to throw him into the crack on the left, and then climb up. Kill the wyvern. Act aggressively and try to destroy the monster as quickly as possible. Once all enemies are defeated, pick up the stolen moon. It's time to get back to Skoll and Hati.

Make your way through the gap in the wall behind the arena. There is silver on the corpse on the right. Throw a spear at the wall opposite to create a crossbar and climb higher. Some aces will try to stop you, so deal with them quickly and continue on your way. Climb down to realize that you have fallen into a large loop where you previously bypassed the poisonous fog. Slip along the wall to where Skoll and Hati used to sleep. Watch the video. Pick up the item and then return to Freyr's camp.

Kill the draugr and continue down the main path. You should already be familiar with this route, since you are returning literally the same way you came here. Make your way under the roots of the tree, and soon you will return to the place where you first encountered the nokke. It's time for a fight against the two Dreks you may remember from the Quest "In Search of Tyr". Honestly, at this point in the campaign, they shouldn't be too much of a problem for you. The only thing you really need to be aware of is that one of the monsters will constantly dive into the water and then suddenly attack. For victory, you will receive the Flame of Chaos and a bunch of Dragon Teeth. Once you're done, climb the wall where the legendary chest was previously opened and go downstairs. Crawl under the roots of the tree by repeating your previous steps.

When you return to the camp, a cut-scene will begin. After watching it, you need to hit the road again. At this point, you can open the blue chest located next to the dwarf brothers shop to get some silver. You can spend a couple of minutes to upgrade equipment. Follow the markers to exit the camp. Jump on the spears you placed earlier and return to the boat. On the right side was a blocked passage. You can pick up runic power.

Once you get to the beach, leave the boat and fight the lights. Go through the bushes and defeat the opponents. Crawl through the tree roots. In the neighboring area there are einherria and two velva, which are reinforced by the nokke. Take care of the nokka first, and then deal with everyone else. Once you're done, pick up the stone blocking the path and keep walking forward.

There will be enemies ahead - Draugr guards, reinforced with a pair of nokke. Kill both nokke, and only after that deal with the rest. One of the nokke is in the trunk of a tree, behind burning thorns. Burn them with the Blades of Chaos and then take care of the rest of the enemies. Return to the high ground where the first nokke was and interact with the large scepter fountain. So you change the time of day and you can continue moving. Run along the tree roots. Unsurprisingly, Einherjars are waiting on the other side, so kill them. Proceed forward using your spear to climb up the hill on the left, where you can find a red chest with dwarven steel, petrified bone, and silver.

Have Freya use the seal arrow on the poisonous fog plants to freeze one without an axe. Freeze the other with an ax. Follow the path to the right and climb through the hole in the wall where you will encounter more Einherjars. Once everyone is dead, take down the log fence with the Blades of Chaos and head down the slope through the temple-like building. On the other side, a tough battle awaits you.

In fact, it will be a reinforced velva. With the right timing, you shouldn't have much trouble fending off attacks. Better to stay aggressive and parry. Keep in mind that the less health the enemy has, the more aggressive he becomes, so you need to be more careful. The enemy will drop the Gift of Valor enchantment and the Nara Cup.

Enter the temple-like building near where Nidhogg was killed in the Reckoning mission and continue forward. On the left side, you can use a spear to set up a crossbar that allows you to move on. Follow the path to the right until you find a new location. Pull the chain to open the large spherical door and destroy the vines to access the Sky Altar. Change the time of day to find a way further. Drop down to the arena ahead. A cut-scene will start. A familiar face will appear during the cutscene, so get ready for a fight.

Creatures of prophecy

While Heimdall is sitting on the beast, you are actually fighting the beast. To be honest, this fight is easy. Gulltoppr will constantly run at you, so dodge to the sides. Sometimes he will hit with one of his giant paws, and you will be able to deflect these blows. You can interrupt a powerful attack with a shield strike. Once you've dealt enough damage, you'll have to fight Heimdall himself.

How to beat Heimdall

Once fought Heimdall as Atreus during the mission "The Fugitive". At that moment, you couldn't even hit it. Unfortunately, even now it is easier said than done. Heimdall dodges all attacks. You can throw a spear at him, but he will catch him. To make matters worse, from time to time the enemy will attack you with an unblockable move that is almost impossible to dodge. To start, throw the spear at the ground right in front of his feet, and then detonate when he gets closer. The stun gauge below Heimdall's health bar will gradually fill up. Then attack by pressing R3. Repeat this several times until, finally, Kratos is able to injure the enemy.

From now on, you will be able to attack Heimdall, who will lose control. It's still hard to hit, but when it slows down time, you can parry an attack and counterattack while the enemy is stunned. The enemy will throw projectiles at you. Dodge them, and then when it charges up and creates ripples on the ground, dodge and attack the boss. When he creates a shield, you will have to destroy it, and only then will it be possible to deal damage. Repeat until the video starts.

Heimdall was really angry. The health bar will be fully restored. This time he will be much more aggressive, but he will be open to your attacks. He will lunge at you with his new arm outstretched, trying to hit the ground, so be sure to dodge these attacks. Reflect attacks when he tries to swing. He will also try the slow time trick, so be patient and parry in time. Occasionally, he will slam the ground hard, providing an opportunity for a shield slam. When he throws rocks, dodge sideways again. Keep hitting the enemy until a cutscene starts. Once you regain control, pick up the Hofud Hilt relic and the Emblem of the Nine Realms enchantment.

How to beat Heimdall

After finishing this breathtaking sequence, take down the log fence with the Blades of Chaos and continue towards the burning building. Go deep into the jungle-like area. Here you will see Atreus and other friends, so go to the left side to try to catch up with them. Ahead, you can use the hook to fly to another arena. Help your allies deal with the Einherjars, remembering to kill enemies on high ground. After you kill the foot soldiers, you will have to deal with the Einherja brute. Luckily, after the fight with Heimdall, you shouldn't have much trouble.

Once all enemies have been defeated, offer to carry Freyr. This section is linear and you have to click on the buttons that appear. Watch the video. Once you regain control, open the blue chest next to the gnome shop. Take some time to upgrade your gear as new grips are available to you.

Once you're done, follow the marker from the camp to the Mystic Gate. You will stumble upon Helka, which will trigger a new "Smell of Survival" request. You can do it now. Or return to the mystical gate and follow to Sindri's house to continue the main storyline.

Ratatoskr will want to talk to you. Do this to start the Reindeer for All Seasons request. Otherwise, enter the house to catch Freyr drunk. You can listen to it or go straight to the table to watch the cut scene. By the end of the cutscene, you will regain control of Atreus and a new mission will begin.

Mask

Go to the mystical gates and watch the video. Return to Midgard. Enter the family home for another cutscene. When you regain control of Atreus, you will find yourself in Asgard. You can upgrade your equipment if you wish. Or go straight to Odin's office. You can intervene in the conversation between Trud and Sif or go straight to Odin. Watch the video. As soon as you return control, you will have to find Thor. You can chat with Sif, although this is optional. You can also take the time to upgrade your equipment using the closet in Atreus' bedroom.

Once you're done, talk to Trud in the main dining room and see if she knows where Thor is. She will lead you outside: follow her to another building where music is playing. You will be taken to a new location. Hand over your weapon Trud. Go deep into the tavern until you find Thor. Watch the video.

When the fight starts, you will not have weapons, so you will have to use melee attacks. Fight your way back to the front door until you're on high ground where you'll have to deal with more enemies. In the end, Trud will throw a quiver at Atreus. Shoot opponents from below to help the girl. When you go down to the first floor, you will be grabbed by the enemy, but Thor will easily deal with him. Watch another cutscene, then take Thor out of the tavern. Watch the cutscene featuring Thor and Trud.

As soon as you regain control, you will find yourself in Niflheim, in a place called the Eternal Chasm. You need to put on a mask and follow where it leads you. Walk to the right of the starting location and then forward. There are a couple of enemies ahead; if you climb the left wall, you will find a yellow chest with silver. Go to the ice cave and deal with a small enemy group. The mask leads to a blocked wall.

Follow forward, picking up the silver from the corpse. Eventually, you will reach the Ice Caverns. Nightmares and other enemies are waiting for you here. Deal with them, open the yellow chest at the back of the room for more silver, and then use the mask to get to another wall of ice that Thor will destroy. There are a few Draugr ahead, so deal with them and then climb the wall at the end of the passage.

Jump down and deal with the Nightmares, then follow the passage behind the hook point to the legendary chest. The chest contains a runic call. Once you've got it, jump to the other side and go down until you encounter Ice Nightmares. If you knock down the bucket hanging over your head, you can get some shattered runes. Move on until you reach Pale Meadows.

As soon as you go down to the arena, you will come face to face with the ice Ancient. Don't confuse him with the Ancient of the Forest. As with all enemies of this type, you need to wait until he exposes his chest, trying to shoot a beam of light. Throw an ax at this area. Since you're playing as Atreus, it's probably best to keep a safe distance and use arrows. As soon as the enemy staggers, rush to him and deal a crushing blow that will seriously undermine his health. Repeat several times to defeat the enemy. You will receive some Idalir Wood and Shattered Runes.

When the battle is over, pull out the mask again to reveal another blocked wall that Thor will destroy with his hammer. First, Thor will open the wrong path and you will face raiders from Hel. Climb the wall to open a yellow chest with silver. You can search this area for some silver and then head back to the wall that Thor was supposed to smash. This time he will follow your instructions. Follow the corridor. There is a bucket overhead that can be knocked over to get an Asgardian Ingot. In the end, you will come to a cliff, and Thor will help you get further.

Drop down to a new area called Misty Fields. Use the mask to get through and deal with the ice nightmares. On the way to the goal, you can open a yellow chest with silver. Eventually, you will come to the temple. Take out the mask and go to the abyss. Watch the video in which Atreus assembles the mask.

As soon as you return control, you will control Kratos. Once back at Sindri's house, you will have the option to leave and complete side quests, or you can return to the house to continue the main story. Once inside, you can spend some time upgrading your equipment and then sit down at the table to hear Tyr's plan. Watch the video.

When the cut scene ends, you will control Kratos, who goes to the mystical gate. Follow to Midgard, where a new task will begin.

Hunt for solace

Follow Atreus through Midgard. Slip through the hole in the wall next to the sled. Continue along the familiar path until Atreus points out the footprints. Follow the boy until you reach the deer. Watch the video. You will gain temporary control over Atreus, but when you try to shoot an arrow, Kratos will stop him. Follow Atreus back through the crack in the wall and towards the sleigh. Prepare the sled and then open the gate. You can now climb aboard and begin your search for Sindri.

You need to travel to the Temple of Tyr, an iconic location from the first game. From Kratos' house, head east to the Lake of Nine. Go to the back of the large domed structure and take the elevator up. Go across the bridge to Tyr's temple. Just before you go inside, look to the right for a yellow chest with silver. Open the doors and watch the cut scene.

After it, return the same way you followed earlier and go down to the Lake of Nine. If you take the stairs to the right, just past where you met Sindri, look for a path to the Yggdrasil Rift. Find another yellow chest with silver on the right before the elevator leading back to the sleigh. Then go to the king's tomb, which is located a little further east, and go to the mystical gate. You can stay and collect various collectibles in Midgard. Otherwise, head to Sindri's house to complete the quest. Go inside the house and watch the cut scene. Once you regain control, set a course for the Flaming Rocks in Muspelheim. A new task will begin there.

call

Immediately upon arrival in Muspelheim, Kratos will hand Mimir over to Hildiswinni. Jump off the wall and look on the left side for a red chest surrounded by thorns. Use the Arrow of the Seal and the Blades of Chaos to open the chest and get Silver, Asgardian Ingot, and Dwarven Steel. Then go to the opposite side and deal with the Lights in the cave. Remember that you need to hit them with the seal arrow. There is a legendary chest here that is impossible to miss, so make sure you open it and get the divine ashes. There is a fossilized bone in the bucket above the head.

call

Instruct Atreus to shoot the Seal Arrow at the vines blocking the gap in the wall and make your way inside. It's time for a tough battle against the Draugr Lords. Don't forget to collect the remains of the animals. Then make your way behind the lava waterfall. Follow the path behind Atreus. If you look around, you will see a stone that can be broken with a spear to find a norn chest.

How to defeat the Flame Phantom

We haven't had a boss fight in a while. The fight against the Flame Phantom is very similar to the fight against the Ice Phantom from the quest Word of Destiny. You need to aim at the glowing rune, which is actually the head of the monster, using the arrows of the seal. Attack the rune with an ax and blades of Chaos to hit the enemy. Once the enemy is stunned, two purple pillars will appear at the back of the arena that you can destroy. The third pillar is on the side, behind a rock that you can blow up with a spear. Throw an ax at the third and final pillar to destroy it and then finish off the monster. You'll get a strong rune attack for the spear, as well as Petrified Bone, Shattered Runes, Asgardian Ingot, Bound Leather, Glowing Alloy, Silver, and Frozen Flames.

When you're ready, slip through the gap in the fence to reveal Surt's forge. Use the rope to get over it. Approach the ashen man on a small hill and watch the cut scene. It's time for another battle.

How to defeat the Soul Eater

Two at once! These opponents are on Forest Ancients, although they use fire. Soul Eaters will open their chests and shoot a fiery beam. When the chest opens, you need to throw the ax at the weak spot to deal damage. Beware of the fiery ray that will inevitably appear on your way. The Soul Eater will also spit out debris that is best to stay away from. Stay on the move and split the two Soul Eaters if you can, as it's easiest to fight them one on one. Several draugr warriors will arrive and make the task more difficult, so be sure to take care of them. Once you deal enough damage to the Soul Eaters, melee them. For winning the battle, you will receive the Flame of Chaos and the new enchantment "Gift of Fury".

Return to the hill to speak with the ashen man once more. Watch the cut scene. Follow Surt behind the grate, which he will melt, and go down into the tunnel. Below you will find the Spark of Peace. Jump on the platforms to catch up with Surt and then keep following him until a cutscene starts.

How to defeat the Soul Eater

How to defeat Christ and Mista

There is nothing better than a pair of Valkyries attacking you! Once the cutscene with Surt is over, you will have to fight the destructive couple, Christa and Mista. Tracking both of them is quite difficult, but, as with the Soul Eaters, it is important to separate the enemies. Easier said than done as they use their wings to fly around the arena and jump on you. At the very least, try to position yourself so that you can see both Valkyries on the screen.

In terms of attack, there is nothing new here. One of the Valkyries is spinning in place, and you can safely block the blows. Valkyries can jump and slam into the ground, though you can parry this attack. Sometimes both Valkyries will fly away and then take to the air, but such dive attacks can be parried and counterattacked. As soon as you reduce your health for the first time, they will restore health and knock you out of the arena. Save Atreus.

This time they will act more aggressively. Be careful when the enemies jump off the stage and hit the ground. You will also have to take care of Atreus, as sometimes he will call for help. Run up and click on the "square" to put him on his feet.

Deplete the health bar a second time and they will respawn. The fight won't change much at this point, so just follow the steps above to finish off the Valkyries. If one of the valkyries uses wings to block, hit her with a shield by pressing L1 twice to break the protection. Once the health bar is empty for the third time, press R3 to start the last hit, which will trigger a short but exciting QTE sequence. At the end of the battle, you will open the achievement and get a storm flame.

Once the battle is over, head towards the rock to see what Atreus is looking at. This will complete the Summon, but you will still need to follow Atreus back to the nearest Mystic Gate in Muspelheim. On your way back from the Spark of Peace, look for a red chest that contains silver, bone, and dwarven steel. When you return to Muspelheim, you will immediately be ambushed by enemies, including the Wyvern. Take care of everyone and collect the bones.

Jump on the wall and climb up. Jump down and open the yellow chest with the silver before climbing through the hole in the wall. You will encounter several more Einherjars blocking the path. Keep going forward and take out the Draugr and Nightmares on the hill, then make your way behind the lava falls. Defeat new opponents. Once you're done, slip through the crack in the rock. One of the Ravens of Odin is in front of you, so make sure to kill him at the request of the Eye of Odin. Climb the wall to reach the Mystic Gate, where you will meet Mimir once again. Take it. At this point, you can go to Midgard to continue the story, or do other quests. When you're ready, take the sleigh to Tyr's temple and take the elevator up. Meet Freya and follow her to learn more about the upcoming battle. As soon as you get to your tent, a new task will begin.

War of the worlds

Go inside the tent and watch the cut scene. Once you regain control, follow Freya and use the touchpad to interact with her. Watch the new video. Once you regain control of Kratos, go to the Temple of Tyr. Be sure to upgrade your equipment. If you open the chest next to Lunda's shop, you will receive a new enchantment called "Virtue of Asgard". When you're ready, cross the bridge and follow the large doors to the Temple of Tyr. Interact with the rock on the other side and watch a cutscene.

As soon as you return control, you will find yourself in Asgard, in Vigridr. Follow Freya, down the wall and through the trenches. There will be Einherjars here that should be killed. Keep following Freya, up the walls, and then head back to another battlefield. Take care of the archers and the wyvern before moving forward. Climb aboard the Dire Ogre and use it to defeat the Einherja Captain. Keep moving forward using the Blades of Chaos to clear a path.

War of the worlds

Beware of the dragon attack. Follow the path forward and make your way along the wall until you meet Atreus. Take care of horsemen and gradungs. Here you will be attacked by a dragon, so throw a spear at the pillar it is standing on and blow it up. Continue walking towards the banks of Ifing.

Climb the wall to Svartalfheim Tower and meet up with Sindri. Follow his example, killing everyone in your path until you get to the war machines. Watch the video. As soon as you regain control, you will control Atreus. Follow Sindri. Fight against numerous enemies blocking the way.

Once you're trapped, press L3 and R3 at the same time to turn into a bear and destroy the enemies. Follow Sindri. As soon as you climb the wall, another cut-scene will begin. When Sindri asks, shoot the crack in the wall.

War of the worlds

As soon as you return control, you will control Kratos. Follow the only path forward and defeat all the Einherjars. You will have to deal with several wyverns, so defeat them and keep moving forward. Don't forget to collect health stones. Keep moving forward until a cutscene with Freyr starts.

How to defeat Thor

It's time to fight Thor for the second time. Thor has a lot of unblockable attacks. He will try to grab you and if the boss does, you can break free by pressing L1 in QTE. Otherwise, he uses Mjolnir to attack with electricity. Dodge these attacks. The enemy can also jump into the air and slam the ground. Finally, he will attack on the ground. Make sure you don't stand in the red circles. Try to parry the opponent's attacks while he is not using a hammer and fighting with his fists, and counterattack while he is stunned.

After you deal some damage, Thor will counterattack and throw you against the wall. Watch a short cut-scene and then attack the enemy. During the mini-game, you need to press the "circle" to try to snatch Mjolnir from Thor, which will lead to the next phase.

How to defeat Thor

Thor's behavior does not change significantly. You must attack with the shield by pressing L1 twice to prevent his powerful attack. Stay mobile and only strike when the opportunity arises. As soon as your health drops to about half, another small QTE sequence will start in which you will fight Thor, so press the button on the "circle".

He will become much faster and stronger. Electrical circles will appear on the ground. Thor can disappear and fall from the sky. Stay away from red zones and only attack when he tries to get up. Decrease the health bar and then press R3 to trigger the final sequence. Once the battle is over, watch the cutscene.

How to defeat Odin

So, the Allfather is very fast, but he can stop to chat with you. Dodge projectiles. When he tries to hit you with his staff, try to parry those attacks. Counterattack him. Sometimes it crashes into the ground, causing a giant purple aura; such an attack deals a lot of damage, so move to the side. Decrease health until a tooltip appears with the R3 button. Watch the video.

This time Odin will be even stronger. He uses the staff as a kind of ghostly whip. When he hits the ground with it, energy waves diverge, which you should dodge. Large red spheres can appear in the air, which must be destroyed by throwing an ax or shooting from the bow of Atreus or Freya. When Odin calls for ravens, parry them, otherwise you will have to keep clicking on the "circle" to escape. From time to time, he will brandish his whip above his head while standing inside the large red circle, so hit him with a shield to thwart the attack and temporarily stun the boss. When prompted with the R3 button, click on it to move on to the next phase.

How to defeat Odin

The enemy will use an ice shield, so you need to pull out the Blades of Chaos to burn it. New techniques will appear in the arsenal, including homing projectiles. Remember to get out of the red circles to make sure you are in a safe place. He will try to hit you with a flamethrower. Keep hitting the enemy, and if he summons a shield, break it and keep attacking. Once the health bar is depleted, press R3 again. Complete several QTE sequences by clicking on the appropriate buttons. Watch the cutscene to learn about Odin's ultimate fate, then continue to enjoy the story until you regain control.

You will wake up as Atreus. The door on the right is locked, so follow the main path forward in search of your father. Along the way, you will meet Trud and Sif. Go up the stairs and talk to Skjeld. A little further along the trail are Lunda, Byggvir, and Beila. They will tell their stories about Freyr, so stop and listen. Around the corner is Freya, and a little further - Mimir. Continue down the path and meet Angrboda and Fenrir around the corner. Watch the video.

When you return control, you will control Kratos. Follow Angrboda and go up the hill. Angrboda will lead you to another jotun temple. Watch the video.

How to defeat Odin

As soon as you regain control, run down the slope, enjoying the final music and credits. This completes the walkthrough of the game. Open the large doors that were previously locked to enter Midgard and continue the adventure. The last request will begin, but this is an additional task.
