Are these features available on Fallout 76

At the moment Fallout 76 does not have these two features, so you will not be able to play with a player on  Xbox if you play on  Playstation.  If you are a  PC player, you will also not be able to use your account to obtain Fallout 76 on consoles, so you will have to repurchase the game.

If you are a  PS5 player, you will still be able to play with players playing on the  PS4. The game is available on PC on the Steam launcher but is also available on Playstation 4, 5, and Xbox One.
