The ability to activate gift codes appears only at the first level of prestige. In the early stages of leveling a hero, you will not be able to enter a promo code to activate it.
To do this, click on the menu icon at the bottom right of the screen and select "Settings".

Why didn't the promo code work?
As we have already noted, gift codes can only be activated upon reaching a certain level of prestige. To do this, you will have to complete quests, fight other characters and real players, and upgrade your hero. In this case, when you try to enter the code, you will see the message "Your Prestige must be X +".
In some cases, you will also have to level up the character. If you see the message "You need to be level XX+", then you should first level up your hero.
The message "Code does NOT exist" means that you are trying to enter an invalid gift code. Check the spelling of the promo code and try again.
