Just like the original work created by Visceral Games in 2008, the remake of Dead Space offers players a good number of weapons, some of which are objectively stronger than others. In this regard, here are the three most powerful tools of death that we find in the re-edition by EA Motive.
Pulse Rifle
- Base damage: 5
- Maximum damage: 9
This shotgun is extremely fast and can fire from long range, making it suitable for a variety of situations. Additionally, when upgraded, its large magazine capacity can help against even the largest groups of enemies.
Plasma Blade
- Base damage: 10
- Maximum damage: 18
Given its unrivaled versatility, this miner's tool proves to be reliable and perfect for cutting off the extremities of Necromorphs. Dismembering enemies is easily achieved by improving reload speed and taking advantage of the weapon's alternate fire.
Force Field Pistol
- Base damage: 20
- Maximum damage: 35
Being able to repel nearby enemies, this weapon is a very useful resource when the protagonist is surrounded. When properly upgraded, this pistol can easily replace the normal functionality of a deadly shotgun.
