There are only two Golden Underpants and the first one is relatively easy to find. She is hidden in the second world, Karate in Downtown Bikini Bottom, which is the second level in the game. Go to the Paparazzi Street checkpoint and climb onto the brick wall in front of you.
Then activate the air mattress with a bubble throw and jump onto the round roof opposite. Then you jump over the fence on the left onto the neighboring roof. Now look left again across the street where you will see the Golden Underpants. To get there, you must first slide towards the balloon and then perform a karate kick.

The second Golden Underpants is located in the level "Medieval Sulfur Fields", the penultimate world in the game. First, teleport to the “Castle Courtyard” checkpoint. The knickers are hidden in the Blacksmith's hut, but the entrance is blocked by stone tikis.
To get inside, first, go into the purple tower and go all the way to the top. Then jump down from the top of the tower onto the castle walls above the forge. If you now look into the abyss from the railing, you will discover a few floating tikis. They lead you down to a hidden passage in the castle walls. So slide down carefully, destroy the wooden tikis, and collect the golden underpants behind them.
