After completing Rock Bottom on Halloween in SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake, you can return to the world to receive a side quest from the Flying Dutchman in Sugar Village. You are supposed to look for three fake Dutchmen in the level and you will be rewarded with a secret costume. We tell you the localities in this guide.
Wrong Dutchman #1
You can find the first False Dutchman right in Sugar Village. To do this, you have to jump behind the Flying Dutchman onto the two protruding platforms on the right and then use the trampoline to get to the upper level. Follow the narrow path at the top left and turn right towards the house. Behind the house, you will find the wrong Dutchman next to a good pasta star.

Wrong Dutchman #2
Then teleport to the Shadow Theater section. Jump down and walk straight to the back cable. Jump onto the conveyor belt and follow the cable over the pipes on the right. After going through the pipe, you will find the second Fake Dutchman to the left of the pipe.

Wrong Dutchman #3
Finally, you have to teleport to the Rock Bottom Museum. Jump down and go behind the wooden wall with the pictures of Gary. Here the last fake Dutchman is hiding next to a gold coin that you may have already collected.

Obtained Secret Dutchman Bob costume
After finding the three Dutchmen, don't forget to return to Sugar Village and talk to the Flying Dutchman again. As a reward, you will receive the terrifying Dutchman Bob costume. This is one of two secret costumes that you cannot buy but have to unlock through alternative side missions. The second outfit is the RainbowBob costume, which you can get in the Jelly Glove World.
