How to Find All Treasures in Resident Evil 4 (Updating)

 

Players will have to collect treasures in Resident Evil 4 not only to earn money and further upgrade their equipment but also to get "platinum". In this guide, we will describe all the necessary stones and relics that can be found during the passage of the game.

Note: It's not uncommon for you to drop gems from mini-bosses and normal barrels or crates. Such treasures do not count towards the achievement, as they may appear randomly. However, we will point out some of them.

Chapter 1

Velvety Gem

Enter the open house in the main village square. After the cut scene, go up to the second floor and take the shotgun with the grenade. Jump out of the window on the right and run to the right along the roof. At the dead end, you will find a stone.

Ruby

After fighting a lot of locals, follow the path to the left and check out the far building on the left side. Inside you will find Ruby. It can be inserted into the Carafe, which you will find later.

Pearl necklace

Once on the farm, inspect a small windmill with metal blades. They have a cage with a treasure attached to it, knocking it down will give you a Pearl Necklace.

If you shoot while the lantern is above the well, you will receive a Dirty Necklace. The merchant will buy it from you but at a lower price.

Decanter

Now run to the locked gate and enter the door to the right of it. There will be a stretch here, so get rid of the explosives and go up to the second floor. Go around the millstones and exit through the door to the balcony, from where you can jump down and inspect the red chest. This will give you the Decanter.

Note: gems can be inserted into the decanter to increase its selling value

Ruby

After the previous treasure, enter the barn and inspect the table drawer. Stone inside.

Chapter 2

Sapphire

Appearing at the abandoned factory, get upstairs, where you will meet the first enemy. There are two furnaces to the left of it - inspect the far one to pick up the treasure.

When you meet the merchant for the first time, follow forward until you find yourself in a large open area. There will be many enemies here. Defeat them and run to the left of the entrance. Climb up the hill and find the red chest. Ruby is inside.

While searching for the Hex Emblem, examine the building to the right of the main entrance. Inside you will find a small key. Return to the abandoned factory and use the key on the locked chest of drawers. There is a treasure inside.

Sapphire

After finding the six-sided emblem, go back and open the gate. Kill some locals, then examine the hole to the left of the stairs. Just behind it is a red chest with a Sapphire.

Pearl necklace

Climb the stairs and go forward to the well. There is also a lantern here. Before knocking it down, we recommend shooting at the wooden stick that holds the lid of the well. If the necklace falls into the well, it will also be dirty, and you will get less pesetas for such an item.

Sapphire

Here, point the camera up and look for a small cage with Sapphire.

Emerald

As soon as you pick up the previous treasure, an opponent with a chainsaw will appear. Defeat him to get the Emerald.

Ruby

Get to the village chief's house and go around it to find an open door. Walk forward and inspect the drawer in the table on the right.

Chapter 3

Return to the main square of the village and examine the second house on the left. There is a locked box here that can be opened with the found key in the headman's house.

Velvety Gem

Enter the town hall building and examine the ceiling above the long table in the large room. Knock down the cage to get a gem.

Elegant hairpin

Go around the church building and inspect the red chest to the right of the stairs. Treasure inside.

Ruby

Get to the quarry and look up. There is a blue medallion on the scaffolding in the distance, and a cage with a ruby ​​hangs closer to the right.

Old smoking pipe

In the Fish Hatchery, follow the second platform and climb it. Examine the wooden fence, behind which is a cage with a treasure.

Copper pocket watch

When you get fuel for the boat, do not rush to swim across the lake. Better return to the place with the merchant and jump to the lower level to the water. There will be a locked box on the right here, which you can now open with a small key (you could pick it up at the Fish Hatchery).

Chapter 4

Alexandrite

After the battle with the fish, get into the boat and swim to the center of the lake. You will see a wrecked ship. Open the red chest and take the stone.

Luxurious bracelet

Can be obtained after the battle with the giant fish. To do this, go through the cave with the altar and pick up the key to the old chapel. Jump into the boat and head west until you reach the shore. There will be a sanctuary, opening which you will receive a treasure.

Alexandrite

In the same location, while facing the wayshrine, turn the camera to the right and up. On a wooden beam, you will see a treasure hanging down, which can be knocked down with a shot from a firearm.

Velvety Gem

Follow the large cave nearby, where you need to solve the puzzle with symbols. The door on the left is locked, so go around on the right side and ignore the first staircase on the right. In the next passage you will see a lantern, as well as a wooden platform. Raise the camera up and look for a cage with a treasure.

Ruby

When you head east to the small cave and solve the puzzle here, go up the stairs and knock down the cage with the stone.

Before proceeding further in the story, go to the Settlement by the Lake and inspect the altar. Now that you have the key, you can open it and take the treasure.

Rhinoceros beetle

In the same settlement, you can find a beetle that costs 10,000 pesetas. Having moored to the pier, follow to the left side and inspect the trees behind the building. This beetle will sit on one of them.

To get this treasure, unlock the door with the cult icon in the same location, then climb the stairs and find the small key. Head back and fight some infected dogs, then enter the house where you found Luis. Unlock the locker with the key and take the ingot.

Ring with red stone

In the same house, follow forward and jump into the basement. In the place where Louis previously lay, you can pick up the treasure and the old man's diary.

This treasure can be obtained after you find all the hexagon pieces and solve the riddle on the dock.

You can also use a combination (normal difficulty):

• Turn left side;
• Turn the top side.

Hardcore:

• Twice left;
• Once the top.

Lamp with butterflies

After receiving the key to the church, follow back to the merchant and get to the quarry. There is a wayshrine in front of the quarry entrance. Use the key found earlier and take the treasure.

Defeat El Gigante as you make your way through the quarry to the church.

Velvety Gem

Examine the corral that El Gigante was in.

Use the key on the door of the church and go inside. To the right of the altar, take the small key, then exit the building and return to the room with the typewriter. Open the chest with the key, take the treasure.

Chapter 5

At the beginning of a chapter, don't rush to follow the story. Return to the room where you found Ashley. Here is a cage with a diamond.

Elegant bracelet

Follow the main village square through the town hall and inspect the first house on the left (previously you couldn't get into it). Give Ashley a boost to have her open the gate.

Old smoking pipe

Get to the farm and open the way altar with the shrine key. Treasure inside.

Get out to the central square of the village and follow to the village headman's house. On the second floor, examine the painting and find the lever that lowers part of the stairs. Give Ashley a lift to climb up. At the end of the attic you will find an old camera.

Alexandrite

Go back to the square and defeat the huge mutated dog to get this stone.

Chapter 6

At the beginning of the chapter, after meeting with the merchant, follow the long location and defeat all the enemies. There will be stairs on the left side of the entrance. Climb up it and inspect the red chest.

Chalice of Redemption

Move to the next location. On the left is the only building that has an enemy inside. Kill him and examine the chest.

Elegant hairpin

When you get to the locker where you can hide Ashley, exit the building through the door on the left. Nearby you will find the last wayshrine, which can be opened with a key.

Emerald

After the slaughterhouse boss fight, exit the barn and follow the path to the castle tower. Along the way, there will be the only tree on which hangs a cage with the last treasure in the village. If you have collected all the treasures before, you will now receive the Rogue achievement.
