How to install mods on Hogwarts Legacy

A mod that fixes FPS issues. It's no secret that Hogwarts Legacy is a very demanding game. Not all mid-range computers are capable of maintaining a stable frame rate, but there is a way out. This modification significantly improves the FPS performance by fine-tuning the parameters.
Please note that the mod may not work for everyone. The author himself mentions this since he does not have the opportunity to test the add-on on a PC with various configurations. Separately, the item about the need to disable ray tracing is highlighted - do not forget about it. Also, the installation does not imply the usual copying of files to the mods folder. You will have to replace the "Engine.ini" file and run the internal installer.
