Aliens: Dark Descent is a tactical strategy game set 20 years after the events of the third film in the series. As you progress through the game, you will have the opportunity to save three characters - Lisa, Robert, and Drake. In this guide, we will explain how to do this and what consequences you will face.
An additional task, which is related to saving people, will appear in the 6th mission called "Atmospheric Nightmare". Before helping them out, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with all the diaries that are in the location. Thanks to them, you can understand whether this or that character will pose a danger in the future. If you make a mistake and take on board an unreliable person, then the next day he will sabotage your ship. To prevent this from happening, it is worth shooting a potential traitor or simply not looking for him.
Is Drake worth saving? Where to find it
You will find Drake in the room, which is located east of the room where the crew meeting is taking place.
Unfortunately, Drake was imbued with the ideas of the cultists, and even showing kindness to him will not change the guy's worldview. It’s not worth taking him on board, it’s better to put a bullet in his forehead at the first meeting.
Is it worth it to save Robert. Where can you find it
You will find Robert to the north of the command and control center.
Despite the fact that a dead man lies next to him, the guy is really innocent. Plus, he was not attacked by a facehugger, so he does not pose a danger to the crew. You can take it on board the ship.
Should Lisa be saved? Where is she hiding
The girl is next to the laboratory. You will visit this place during the passage of the main story quest.
Lisa studied the xenomorphs, but was not infected by them or influenced by the cultists. If you take her on the ship, then no sabotage will happen.
Note. Aliens: Dark Descent is currently experiencing bugs. In particular, because of them, there is a situation in which even a positive character (Lisa or Robert) arranges sabotage as if they were performing cult tasks. We recommend that you make a save before looking for characters and reboot if you encounter this bug. As a last resort, you can not complete this task or wait for patches.
