Disney Dreamlight Valley is available in early access since September 6, 2022, on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. With its official release scheduled for December 5, it will be accompanied by the expansion A Rift in Time in which you will have to stop Jafar's evil plans.
Since its release, players have had access to many activities including the ability to collect ores to earn money, make recipes, and more. Multiplayer is a highly anticipated feature in Disney Dreamlight Valley. We'll give you its release date and all the info you need.
Disney Dreamlight Valley multiplayer: release date and A Rift in Time DLC
While Gamesoft had remained very discreet about the Disney game, the conference on November 1st revealed many new features. The A Rift in Time expansion and the introduction of multiplayer which will both land on December 5, 2023, during update 1.0.
Here is the synopsis of the DLC:
Once an ancient kingdom brimming with treasure and magical artifacts, the Isle of Eternity was lost to time due to Jafar's shenanigans with magic. Journey to this faraway land and wield a mysterious new royal tool - the hourglass - while discovering new secrets and uncovering lost treasures. Stop Jafar's plot to steal the Spark of Imagination, an ancient relic now essential to the fabric of Dreamlight Valley. With the help of the hourglass, you are the key to repairing the temporal rifts and putting an end to Jafar's evil plan!
