Lethal Company: Jester, Giant, Insects... All the creatures in the game and how to neutralize them

Among the many releases of 2023, no one would have bet a euro on Lethal Company, and yet the game has been a hit in recent days. So, if you also want to get started, we invite you here to discover a complete guide on the game's bestiary and how to react to these monsters!

Baboon Hawk, when the threat comes from the sky

Baboon Hawk attacks are ultimately quite rare on Lethal Company, simply because these birds are not that aggressive unless you start encroaching on their flowerbeds. If this ever happens, know that it is possible to scare them by shouting at them. This is what we advise you to do, because, given the number and their aggressiveness, they can quickly cause damage.

Bracken, an enemy who has the annoying habit of taking you by surprise

The Bracken is a little prankster who has a habit of sneaking up behind your back to kidnap one of the crew members. To scare him away, you'll have to turn around and look at him, but be careful not for too long either! In fact, if you maintain eye contact for too long, he gets angry and attacks you!

Avoid Bunker Spiders

He is one of Lethal Company's most famous monsters. These are giant spiders that, if they catch you, will kill you. The problem is that they will undermine certain areas with webs which not only slow you down but also warn of your presence. The only thing to do is to carefully avoid them and their webs to avoid any problems.

Annoying Circuit Bees is a bad idea, but can be profitable

The bees shouldn't cause you too much trouble in Lethal Company as long as you don't decide to annoy them. In this case, they will attack you in groups and can kill you. However, if you manage to keep them away from the hive without dying, know that you can get it back and it sells!

Coil Head, never look away!

Coil Head is an enemy that is fairly easy to avoid on paper. Indeed, when this mannequin with a spring-loaded head approaches you, simply hold your gaze until you are out of its field of vision. Be careful though, if you look away, it's extremely fast and hurts a lot.

Earth Leviathan, be careful what walks beneath your feet

The good news is that Earth Leviathan is quite rare. In fact, to meet him, you will have to be outside and at night. The problem is, if you hear it crawling under your feet, it can pop up anywhere and at any time and one-shot you! So move around as unpredictably and chaotically as possible to avoid him making you his snack.

Eyeless dog, he no longer sees, but hears you very well

Nature is just as dangerous as buildings in Lethal Company and if you forget that and make a little too much noise, the Eyeless dog will come and remind you. If he doesn't see you, he is however capable of hearing you and following you, even inside your ship if it is not closed!

Forest Keeper, a rather awkward guardian

The Forest Keeper only comes out at night and outdoors, but if you come across him, he won't question it and will kill you. To avoid this, you will simply have to crouch down and not move until he simply decides to move on.

Ghost Girl, the classic horror game

“Do you want to play with me?” Well, not too much in general in horror games and Lethal Company is no exception. In this game, she chooses a victim who is the only one who sees her. If so, run towards the exit, because if she catches you, it's the end.

Hoarding bug, the racketeers of Lethal Company

You want loot, that's good because that's also the case with Hoarding bugs. But fortunately, a little shovel or stop sign behind the ears should convince them that you're not the sharing type. This is one of the few enemies that, even early in the game, shouldn't give you too much trouble.

Hygrodere (Slime), a threat that takes its time

Like the Hoarding bug, even at the start of the game, the Hygrodere poses no problem, it advances towards you very slowly and it is therefore easy to get rid of it. Plus, you can even jump over it. So just be careful not to touch it.

Jester, one of the toughest enemies in the game

If we just saw two weak enemies, it's not the same story with the Jester. Indeed, this box on legs is very aggressive and when you hear it playing music, quickly flee towards the exit. If you don't arrive in time, a giant skull will kill your crew until only one player remains!

Snare flea

These insects wait patiently on the ceiling for you to pass by before jumping on you and getting on your face. There are two solutions to get rid of it. The first is that a friend hits him and the second is that he manages to find the exit.

Lizard Spore

As long as you don't get aggressive with them, you should be fine. They can drop purple spores, but these will simply cloud your vision without doing you any damage. So let them go about their business.

Thumper

This lizard on the other hand is a bit more aggressive. Recognizable by its shark head, it will attack anyone it sees. He only trusts what he sees and if you can get out of his field of vision, you should be able to get away with it.

There you go, you now know how to recognize the 17 creatures that are currently part of the Lethal Company bestiary and as you have surely just seen, apart from a few exceptions most of the time, when you see one, you have to run away from it.

Be careful though because each creature has its own functioning and weak points; So don't hesitate to find out before starting a game so that you can react in the best possible way once in the game and avoid unnecessary death!
