We show you what kinds of mounts are available in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and how to unlock the option to tame them so you can use them on your travels across the planets.
Along with the ability to fast travel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor adds another great travel option: mounts. Throughout the galaxy, there are various creatures that Cal will be able to tame with his powers and then use them on his travels and even benefit from their unique characteristics.
If you are eager to start taming beasts and you don't know how to do it, don't worry, in this entry of our guide, we will tell you how to unlock the ability to tame animals and what type of mounts you can find in the game.
How to unlock mount taming?
The option to tame mounts in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is not available early on in the game, so you will first have to progress a bit through the main story to unlock it.
Although the taming skill is obtained automatically during the course of the main story, in case you have any doubts, here we tell you when exactly you can start using it:
- First, you have to advance until you reach the planet Koboh.
- Progress through the story until your main objective is to travel to the forest antenna.
- Once in the antenna area, you will end up entering the area called "Fangorrinos Nest".
- In this place, you will come across a Glider that you must tame to unlock the mounts function.
Initially, the Glider is the first mount you have access to. However, later on, you will encounter other friendly creatures to tame. The good news is that you only need to tame one specimen of each species once so that the rest of that type are already accessible mounts whenever you come across them on your travels.
