MW3 tactical position, how to use it to get eliminations in Call of Duty?

Modern Warfare 3 was one of the games awaited by fans at the end of 2023 and the title is now available since Friday, November 10  on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S.

In this new opus, players can complete different challenges, including one that requires eliminating 30 operators in a tactical position. Some people are wondering what this tactical position is and we will therefore show you the default keys to use it, but also where to go to modify them.

How to use tactical stance and how to change default keys in Modern Warfare 3?

If like most players, you're wondering what tactical stance is, well, it's a movement made by your operator who places his weapon aside to fire. This new move was added in MW3 and was introduced by Sledgehammer Games in a post on X.

To place the weapon you are using in a tactical position, you will have to press the Right Click + V or LT + down directional key / L2 + down directional key depending on your controller. These keys are the default, but you can change them by going to Settings > Keyboard & Mouse/Controllers > Gameplay > Combat Settings > Tactical Stance Activation. Then simply click on the small arrow in the Tactical Position Activation box and apply the keys you want to use.
