To unlock the OS Tweak menu, all you have to do is win battles in the Arena. Once you have eliminated a couple of rivals, the option will appear in the Garage

How do you get ASO chips?

Once you have activated the upgrades, you will see that each upgrade requires a number of ASO chips. To get them, you simply have to defeat more enemies in the Arena. Keep in mind that chips are only earned the first time you eliminate an opponent from the arena.

Can you unlock all the upgrades?

Yes. When you finish the campaign and move to NG+ and later, new enemies will appear in the Analysis section that will drop ASO chips and you will be able to activate all the upgrades.
