From the beginning of your game in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor you will be able to customize Cal's lightsaber with different blade colors, something that in the previous game could not be done until well into the story. However, one of the colors that is conspicuous by its absence is red; a color linked to the Dark Side and the Sith in the franchise.

How to unlock the red color for the lightsaber?
Of all the colors available for the lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, red is not an initially available color. However, if you want to look like a Sith, you will be able to do so by fulfilling the following requirements:
- The red color for the lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is unlocked when starting New Game + mode.
- Therefore, you will have to complete the story for the first time and finish the game to unlock the NG+ mode.
- Once you start an NG+ game you can choose the red color for your saber blade as soon as you reach the first workbench (and from then on it will always be available).
Please note that the red unlockable reward for the lightsaber is exclusive to the New Adventure + mode, so it cannot be used in any other game, only in your second playthrough in this special mode.
