Starfield will receive FSR 3 support with frame generation in the near future

Bethesda yesterday announced an upcoming update for the PC version of Starfield that will bring Nvidia DLSS support with frame generation, display control, and HDR, as well as other optimizations. The update will initially only be available in the Starfield beta on Steam, after which it will be released to all players on PC and Xbox.

After this, company representatives clarified that after the release of the patch next week, support for AMD FSR3 will be added in a future update. No details about the release date of this update have been announced yet.

Starfield turned out to be quite successful for Bethesda. According to Microsoft's Q1 2024 report, Starfield has been played by more than 11 million players.
