Valve has introduced a new version of its popular Steam Deck. We'll present the similarities and differences in detail.
Steam Deck vs Steam Deck OLED: What's new?
What's new with the OLED model? Valve has changed the Steam Deck, especially in detail. The eponymous OLED display is new and a little larger. Additionally, the battery grows a bit (40 Whr vs 45 Whr) and Valve now offers a model with 1 TB of storage.
In the USA, several colors of the Steam Deck will also be available for release.
Is the Steam Deck OLED faster? No, Valve still uses the same chip from AMD in its Steam Deck. The chip in the OLED model is smaller, but this is probably primarily for efficiency reasons. If you just want more performance, then the OLED model might not be worth it for you.
