At the Headliner level, you can play this comp with Annie Headliner Spellweaver. You want to roll to level 5 to make Annie 3 stars, then quickly level up in order to put as many Spellweavers as possible and also complete with other traits like KDA, Emo, or even Guardian.
At the item level, put AP items on Annie. Amumu or Ekko can carry tank items, while Amumu carries tank items. Consider making an Ionic Spark or a Statikk Dagger to debuff the magic resistance of opposing tanks.
