At the Headliner level, you can play this comp with Evelynn Headliner Crowd Surfer. You want to roll to level 5 to make Evelynn 3 stars, then quickly level up in order to put as many Superfans as possible and also complete with other traits like True Damage, K/DA, or even Guardian.
