How to play the Mordekaiser Reroll comp with Pentakill in TFT Set 10

Mordekaiser is a magic tank that holds up incredibly well and can also deal huge damage when you find him in the mid-game. Since he is Pentakill, you can play him easily if you play this trait at the start, by placing 3 Pentakills like Olaf, Gnar, or even Kayle if you have them early. The goal will be to have a  Headlining Mordekaiser with the  Pentakill trait in order to have the 7 as quickly as possible. You can play all 5 Pentakills if you don't have a Pentakill emblem.

Karthus will be your second carry, thus carrying the AP equipment in the composition. Therefore, you can also choose Karthus Headliner in Pentakill to play this composition. We will often pair this arrangement with an Akali allowing the Karthus Executioner trait to be activated.

In terms of composition, the game plan is quite simple: play  7 Pentakill (with Viego or Karthus Headliner ) gradually introducing your Pentakill characters. You can also choose Olaf, Gnar, or even Kayle as a headliner at the start of the game in order to accelerate your powerspike. Once the composition reaches level 8, you can quietly move to level 9 to complete your composition with the addition of a Sentinel like Blitzcrank or a Guardian like Thresh. Otherwise, a legendary like Sona, Ziggs or Qiyana can always do the trick.

In terms of items, Mordekaiser is very powerful with resistance as well as health point regeneration. This is why the Bloodthirst / Titan Determination combo is very popular on this champion. You can complete these items with a Queen's Crown. Otherwise, the usual tank equipment ( Warmog, Dragon Fang or Bramble Armor for example) will still be useful on Mordekaiser.

Concerning Karthus is very strong with a Rabadon Headdress coupled with an Archangel's Staff and a precious Gauntlet. Other alternatives are available to you depending on your components and your needs: Shojin Spear, Hextech Gunblade, Giant Slayer, and Guard Breaker. You can even equip him with a Morellonomicon for anti-heal.
