TFT: Tier list of Set 10 compositions

Find our tier list of the best TFT compositions on Set 10 in patch 13.23! We present to you the strongest compositions of the moment.

Teamfight  Tactics Set  10  is now here! We present to you our tier list of the best compositions as well as the guides that go with them. Obviously, these compositions are only particularly effective versions, they must be altered depending on your game.

How to use the TFT Set 10 compound tier list?

Each composition presents the champions, their positioning, the recommended headliners as well as the optimal objects for the most important of them. The list is current as of November 23, 2023 ( patch 13.23 ).

Compos Tier S

These compositions are the most regular, those which do not depend on too specific conditions to be solid and obtain at least a top 4, while having the possibility of obtaining a top 1 in the right conditions.

Compos Tier S

Miss Fortune 3 stars is very powerful, especially if you have her as Headliner. You can play it in 4 Jazz with Superfans, which allows you to enter a lot of different synergies. In this case, only give 2 items to Miss Fortune so that she gets a free Doomblade. Otherwise, you can also play it as a Big Shot Headliner with 4 Big Shots.

Compos Tier S

The “ Peeba ” comp is still a classic if you can rush to level 9, which is easier than in previous sets. You can play different carries and Headliners, ranging from Jhin to Ziggs to Lucian to Sona. Playing 3 or 4 Jazz with maximum synergies remains very relevant when you play this composition late in the game.

Compos Tier S

Twisted Fate is a very good DPS, thanks to a Disco comp which offers a lot of attack speed and regeneration to your comp. You can play this composition with a Mesmer or Disco Headliner, and champions like Sona or Ziggs make excellent secondary carries in the late game.

Compos Tier S

Akali K/DA and Karthus are two champions that work very well together. Akali rushes into the backline to deal damage to opposing carries, while Karthus finishes them off with his spell. You can play the composition in 4 or 6 Executors with Karthus or Akali Headliner.

Compos Tier S

With a HEARTSTEEL start, this comp is the easiest to go for, since you can keep 3 HEARTSTEELS even late in the game. You can also play it without HEARTSTEEL because ideally, you want Ezreal  Headliner Big Shot. He can then inflict enormous damage, especially if you find Jhin late in the game to assist him.

Composite Tier A

Tier A compositions are less regular than Tier S compositions, often depending on specific conditions to function. However, they can be just as powerful, or even more so under the right conditions.

Composite Tier A

Playing 7 K/DA is very relevant if you have Ahri or Akali Headlining K/DA. Both make excellent carries, with Ahri being able to kill tanks while Akali focuses on the backline. You can easily enter 3 Superfans into the lineup, so consider only giving 2 items to your Headliner since she will gain a third free one.

Composite Tier A

This comp is the classic physical DPS from Set 10, with Caitlyn who can also be played in 8-bit Headliner with 4 8-bits, or in Ultrafast with 4 Ultrafast. Ideally, the comp is a little stronger if you can stack the 8-bit early in the game with Corki holding the items, but either way, Caitlyn should offer a lot of DPS and break records fairly quickly.

Composite Tier A

Riven and  3-star Yone are very powerful if you have either in Headlining Edgelord. Ideally, you want to roll to level 7 to pass the 2 3-star champions and level them both. You can then go to level 8 to find Kayn and upgrade to 7 Edgelords. Mercury ( QSS ) is arguably the most important item for your carries.

Composite Tier A

Vex carry can be strong, whether in Headliner Emo or Enforcer. You want to roll level 7 to pass it 3 stars, with Amumu in parallel which is interesting to strengthen your frontline. Secondary carry level, you are spoiled for choice between Poppy, Karthus, Akali, or 3-star Samira.

Composite Tier A

3-star Samira inflicts huge single-target damage, especially with critical coming from the Executor and its items. You play it as Country Headliner for 5 Country, or Executor allowing you to get the 6. You can roll to level 7 to upgrade it to 3 stars. Your secondary carries will generally be either  3-star Vex, Karthus, or Akali.

Composite Tier A

Urgot 3 stars in 6 Pogo is extremely powerful, capable of dealing huge AoE damage while being quite tanky. You ideally want him in Headlining Pogo to play all 6, and you can roll to level 7 to get him 3 stars before going to level 8. Then, champions like Poppy or Yorick will be good secondary carries.

Composite Tier A

The Punk comp is the default Reroll comp, with a passive that encourages rolling and gives discounted rolls each round. The easiest version to play will be Jinx  Headliner ( Punk or Ultrafast ), but Twitch can also replace her as the main carry. Try to roll to level 5/6 to pass as many 3-star champions as possible, including Pantheon who will be your main tank.

Composite Tier A

With a Pentakill Headliner, you can play all 7 Pentakills. The default carries are Viego and Karthus, with Yorick also an option if you can level 9 and have him 2 stars. Be careful not to neglect defensive items either: if your frontline dies too quickly, Viego will quickly be put in danger as well.

Composite Tier A

Once you have a 3-star Lux  Headliner, she will be the terror of your opponent thanks to her ability to one-shot the opposing carry at the start of the fight. You should therefore roll to level 7 or 8 to pass it 3 stars with EDMs and Mesmers. It can be interesting to block Jax or Zed in a corner so that they don't die and just copy Lux's spell regularly with EDM.

Composite Tier A

Zed is especially interesting to play as Headliner Crowd Surfer to be able to play 4 quite easily. The 4 EDMs are obviously relevant too, giving a lot of damage by copying Zed's spell. Late game, you can try to play Qiyana as a secondary carry in the composition.

Composite Tier A

3 star Jax is very powerful, so you can roll to level 6 to find him. You can play it as an EDM Headliner with 5 EDMs or as a Pogo Headliner with 6 Pogos. In both cases, you can play  3-star Gnar as a secondary carry, even if your items should first go to Jax.

Composite Tier A

Gnar is a very strong champion in Headlining. If you have it at Stage 2 or 3, it should already make you pretty strong, which gives you time to reroll it to level 6 and upgrade it to 3 stars. It can be played in Headlining 5 Superfans to win a Radiant Sterak Token, or in Headlining Pogo to play 6 Pogos. In both cases, Jax is a good secondary carry if you can also pass him 3 stars.

Composite Tier A

Lulu Headliner Spellweaver is extremely dangerous in the mid-game. This allows you to take the time to upgrade it to 3 stars so that it remains effective until the end. You can therefore roll to level 7 or 8 to get it, with Ekko / Gragas 3 stars which can also be relevant if they are not contested. Late game, Sona or Ahri are excellent secondary carries.

Composite Tier A

With Ahri Headlining Spellweaver, you can play 7 Spellweaver. Ahri will be your main carry, with a Blue Buff or Shojin ideally to allow her to cast. Sona is an excellent secondary carry with mana generation and/or attack speed items, she is particularly strong with her damage mode spell which can one-shot multiple champions.

Composite Tier A

Aphelios and Senna are two carriers that work very well together: they have the same cost, so you can roll them at the same time, they are both Superfast and Aphelios deals physical damage while Senna deals magic damage. You can roll to level 6 to upgrade them to 3 stars, having one of the two as Headliner.

Composite Tier A

3 star Kayle offers some really interesting DPS. You can play her in Headlining Edgelord with 5 or 7 Edgelords, but she is generally more interested in Pentakill to play all 7. You want to roll at level 6, and if you find a lot of Mordekaiser, making it 3 stars while continuing to roll at levels 7 and 8 is also a good idea.

Compos Tier B

These compositions can be strong, but should only be considered when you have favorable conditions, such as an excellent release, a specific Emblem, or suitable Augments.

Compos Tier B

Bard Reroll is a very original composition to play if you quickly have it in Headlining. The more spells he casts, the more powerful his future fights will be, so give him some mana generation. By playing 3 Superfans, he gains an Adaptive Helmet which already fulfills this role quite well. You can also make Miss Fortune  3 stars to have a secondary carry in Jazz.

Compos Tier B

Yasuo is a good 3-star carry, gaining power as the game goes on. It can be played in Headlining Edgelord with 7 Edgelords, as shown above. Once you have rolled level 5, you can go to level 7 and continue to roll for 3-star Riven and/or Yone which will complement your comp nicely. If you have Yasuo Headlining True Damage, he can also be played in 4 or 6 True Damage.

Compos Tier B

3-star Seraphine can be played as Headliner Spellweaver or K/DA. The comp is to roll at level 6 to pass 3-star Seraphine, but don't neglect 3-star Gragas either can be particularly difficult for opponents to manage. Late game, Ahri, and Sona are excellent secondary carries.

Compos Tier B

Viego Headliner can be played as the main carry. You can play him with 5 to 7 Edgelord and/or 5 or 7 Pentakill, which allows you to have Kayn as a secondary carry. The objective is to stabilize your board with Viego 2 stars and try to go level 9 for Kayn and Yorick 2 stars.

Compos Tier B

Olaf can be played as a carry if you have him in Pentakill Headliner. It is much less interesting in Fighter because you will lack damage. You want to roll to level 5 to make Olaf 3 stars and give him 3 items as soon as possible. Then, use your mid-game power to rush to level 8 or 9.

Compos Tier C

These compositions may be weaker than others unless you have ideal conditions to play them.

Compos Tier C

True Damage is a particularly strong trait, but it's a bit lacking in available carries. You can play it with Akali Headliner True Damage, and Qiyana as a secondary carry, but you will have to go to level 9 to upgrade the latter and make it really important. Remember to distribute your items/components across all your True Damage to give them the Bling Bling bonus.

Compos Tier C

3-star Annie can be powerful if you get her into the game early, rolling to levels 4 and 5. She can be played as Emo Headliner or Spellweaver. Your goal is to give him items so that he can quickly cast his spell, also taking advantage of Emo. Later in the game, Ahri and Sona are good secondary carries.
