Among the many new Legendary and Paradox Pokémon added in this Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLCThe Indigo Disc, there is an elusive Pokémon that is for everyone's attention: it's called Pecharunt.
Discovered by data miners shortly after the release of the DLC, Pecharunt is classified in the game as a Mythical Pokémon and there is data for an encounter with it.

IS PECHARUNT CATCHABLE IN THE POKÉMON SCARLET AND VIOLET DLC?
No, Pecharunt is currently not catchable in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. However, it could be soon. In addition to Pecharunt as a Pokémon, dataminers have discovered a story event involving it, classified as the epilogue of the Treasures of Area Zero DLC. According to the same sources, this epilogue will have about an hour of gameplay and will lead to a boss fight and the opportunity to capture this new mysterious Pokémon.
Some details about the story of the event have also been released, but we won't give any spoilers for when the event goes live. As for the date, there's currently no indication of when it will happen, but the fact that it's being programmed into the game right now means it won't be long. It's possible that this is a Christmas or New Year's gift for players, or maybe we'll have to wait a little longer for an event like Pokémon Day at the end of February.
