HOW TO GET A SHINY BLITZLE | THE INDIGO DISC
To get this Blitzle you need to use the feature that allows you to invite people into your League Club as members. When you invite a manager to your club you can battle them, and if you invite two people at a time they interact with each other. If you invite someone three times, on the fourth visit they will offer to trade one of their Pokémon with you, which will have a special mark that will give it the name of the original trainer in battle. The only requirement for these exchanges is to give in exchange a Pokémon caught by you that is not Chromatic or otherwise "special", such as Ogrepon or Koraidon/Miraidon.
Only one trainer will offer you the Shiny Blitzle in the trade, but you'll have to spend some time before you get there. After having invited all the other possible participants to your League Club at least once, you can invite Bluebert, the headmaster of the Blueberry Institute. As with everyone else, on his fourth visit, you can trade to receive your Chromatic Blitzle.
