Pokémon SV The Indigo Disc, guide to the evolution of Galarian Slowpoke

Galarian Slowpoke can evolve into Slowbro and Slowking: let's discover the evolutionary methods and what is needed to do so in the Indigo Disc DLC.

The Indigo Disc has brought back a number of regional forms, including Galar's beloved Slowpoke. While the Kanto form is available without the DLC, the Galarian form is exclusive to the new expansion. Galarian Slowpoke hasn't been around since Pokémon Sword and Shield and so, with a new game, there's a new way to evolve it.

HOW TO CATCH GALARIAN SLOWPOKE IN THE INDIGO DISC DLC

Galarian Slowpoke can be found in several areas of the Coast Sector, but there is one beach in particular where they like to hang out.

One of the beaches, right next to the Coast Square, is full of Galarian Slowpoke walking around and are very easy to catch.

HOW TO EVOLVE GALARIAN SLOWPOKE INTO SLOWBRO AND SLOWKING

The Galarian Slowpoke has two evolutions in The Indigo Disc, but both use a similar evolution method. As in Sword and Shield, you will have to use the Galarnoce Headband and the Galarnoce Crown to obtain Slowbro and Slowking respectively. In the Coast Square there is an NPC who will prepare these items for you.

You will need to give him eight Galarnut Branches for the Galarnut Headband of the Galarian Slowbro and fifteen Galarnut Branches for the Slowking Galarnut Crown.

WHERE TO FIND GALARNOCE BRANCHES?

Galarnoce Branches only spawn on the beach next to the Coast Square, where all the Slowpoke hang out. There are many of them at a time and can be found by picking up the shiny objects on the bottom. Despite the number of branches available on the ground, it is likely that you will not have enough to weave both the bracelet and the crown.

WHERE TO FIND GALARNOCE BRANCHES

The easiest way to get them to spawn again is to simply walk away, do something else, and come back to collect them. The respawn time can be quite long, so keep going back and forth until they show up again.
