Center Crossing Evolution in EA Sports FC 24: requirements, challenges and best players for your team

Two new Evolutions are now available for your Ultimate Team players in EA Sports FC 24, and we tell you everything you need to know about it in this guide.

A new year has already started in EA Sports FC 24, and we have new content for the Ultimate Team game mode. This time it is not a new promo or event, but rather new and exciting Evolutions.

What are Evolutions? This new mechanic allows us to improve the statistics (general and specific) of our players.

Of course, not all players are valid for Evolutions. You can check the available evolutions in a specific Ultimate Team tab, with their requirements, challenges, and rewards.

In this EA Sports FC 24 guide we tell you everything you need to know about Crossing Center Evolutions, from the best players to requirements, characteristics, and other factors.

Evolutions Crossing Centers

Although it is a single Evolution, we can actually say that there are two. Many EA Sports FC 24 full-backs are included, both left and right, as well as players who can play in these field positions.

However, you will not be able to improve full-backs like Mendy, Kyle Walker or Kimmich, since a series of ceiling requirements are established to be able to evolve your players.

First of all, let's review the requirements for each of the evolutions:

Evolutions Crossing Centers

Left side

  • Maximum rating of 85.
  • Maximum pace of 84.
  • Maximum physique of 85.
  • Maximum centers of 86.
  • Midfielders are not valid.
  • 8 PlayStyles maximum.

Right side

  • Maximum rating of 84.
  • Maximum pace of 84.
  • Maximum physique of 85.
  • Maximum centers of 86.
  • Midfielders are not valid.
  • 8 PlayStyles maximum.

Any Ultimate Team card that meets these requirements can be converted to a lateral and access the Center Crossing Evolutions improvements.

How can we improve our menu? Completing a series of challenges. In this case, there are two, and for each one we complete we will get improvements in the player's statistics.

Let's review the challenges and rewards of Crossing Centers:

Level 1 Challenges

  • Play 5 Squad Battles matches on minimum Semi-Pro difficulty.
  • Get 2 assists in Squad Battles on Minimum Semi-Pro difficulty.
  • Win 4 matches in Squad Battles on minimum Semi-Pro difficulty.
  • Rewards: +2 Pace, +2 Shooting, +2 Dribbling, +2 Physicality, and PlayStyle First Touch.

Level 2 challenges

  • Get 3 clean sheets in Squad Battles matches a minimum of three times, on Semi-Pro difficulty.
  • Get 4 assists in Squad Battles matches on Semi-Pro difficulty.
  • Play 6 games in Division Rivals or UT Champions.
  • Rewards: +3 Defense, +3 Pace, +7 Spin, +7 Crossing, and PlayStyle Measured Passing.

Finally, we are going to highlight three players who improved substantially with these evolutions. Of course, they are not just standard cards, as some UT promos are included.

They are these three :

  • Josko Gvardiol (DFC, Manchester City).
  • Danilo (RHP, Juventus) - Avant-garde Card.
  • Jess Carter (RHP/LI, Chelsea Women) - Founders Letter.

And that's it. EA Sports FC 24 has been available since the end of September on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
