Bard is a Carry AP often used in transition since this champion likes to carry AP items and does good damage. However, it is possible to play a composition around this character, with Bard 3 stars. To do this, you will have to play around the Jazz. Regarding the Headliners for Bard, definitely choose Jazz. Ultimately, you will want to play 3 Jazz and a host of other traits to maximize the gain of life points and damage via the Jazz trait.

To play this composition, you can play 3  Jazz with Miss Fortune in particular. Once you have your Jazz Headliner Bard, you can slowroll to level 6 in order to have 3-star Bard, essential to make this comp work. Take the opportunity to pass Ekko, Neeko or Kai'Sa 3 stars too.

In terms of items, you can equip a Rabadon Headdress as well as a Shojin Spear on Bard, the third item being the Adaptive Helmet provided by the Superfan trait. A Precious Gauntlet or Hextech Gunblade will also do the trick. Neeko or Ekko will be the main carriers of tank items. Kai'Sa will carry AD items such as the Infinity Blade for damage, the Last Breath for armor penetration, as well as the Red Buff, allowing you to burn your enemies and reduce their healing.

Teamfight Tactics is an auto-battler strategy game developed by Riot Games and based on the game  League of Legends. The game is currently in Set 10, called Teamfight Tactics: Remix Rumble.
