Samira is an AD carry that can deal huge damage when you find her in the mid-game. The goal will be to have a Headliner Samira with the Executor trait in order to have all 6 as quickly as possible. The composition is completed with Guardians or possibly 3 Country.

The 6 Executors are reachable if you have a Headliner on this trait. Then, the composition sports a few champions in order to activate certain synergies. You can place legendary champions at level 9 like Illaoi, Blitzcrank, Sona ... However, in this composition, we much prefer to stay at level 7 and build Samira and Vex 3 stars, then go to level 8 to find your characters more easily Executors like Karthus or Akali.

In terms of composition, the game plan is quite simple: Place Executioner at the start of the game to reach level 7 in order to search for  Samira Headliner who is essential to your composition. Once you have it, slowroll to level 7 to reroll Samira until you have her 3 stars. Depending on the game, you can also perform these actions at level 8. You can also upgrade to 3-star Vex, Amumu, and Urgot if you find a lot of them.

As for items, Samira is very strong with AD damage items. A Blade of Infinity, a Giant Slayer as well as a Blade of Doom are the best items on Samira. Other alternatives are possible depending on your components or the situations such as a second Blade of Infinity or a  Hand of Justice in particular.

Concerning Vex, the character carries all AP items quite well, but still favor a Morellonomicon which will allow your opponents to burn but also a Rabadon Headdress maximizing your damage.

Finally, all tank items will go to Amumu if you ever manage to pass it 3 stars . If you can't do this and you have a 2-star Thresh , the latter can act as an item carrier and therefore the main tank in your composition.
