It is not surprising that within a couple of days, the first user modifications appeared on the Internet. In this article, we have collected the best mods and told you how to install them.


Currently, there are very few modifications for Palworld. However, they come out every day, so we will expand the selection in the future.


How to install mods on Palworld

Typically, in this section, we provide general instructions for most modifications. However, in the case of Palworld, installing mods comes with certain nuances. Therefore, installation algorithms are described separately for each mod.


Where is the folder with the game files?

In the instructions, we will refer to the Palworld game folder. By default, it is located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Palworld". However, it is possible that Steam is installed on a different drive. In this case, finding the desired directory will be a little more difficult:


  1. Open your Library on Steam.
  2. Find Palworld and right-click on it.
  3. Select "Manage" and then select "View local files".
  4. The game folder will open. Remember her address.

Giorma's Realistic Reshade 1.0 - improved graphics

Installation procedure:

  1. Download ReShade.
  2. Download the archive with the modification and unpack it into the “Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64” folder.
  3. Run Reshade_Setup.exe from the ReShade directory. Select Palworld, then your DirectX, then point to the Reshade.ini file from the mod. Complete the installation.
  4. Launch the game.
  5. Press Shift + F2 or Home to open Settings. Select Giorma's ReShade.

  2. The Engine.ini file must be moved to the folder “C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Pal\Saved\Config\Windows” and replaced.

  2. Download the archive with the mod and unpack it into the same folder.
  3. Find the “mods.txt” file in it and open it using any text editor.
  4. Write the line “LuckyPals: 1” (without quotes).
