Trying to play World of Warcraft, but having connection issues? Don't panic, we are here to help you.
Despite many years of existence, it is not impossible that players of World of Warcraft and WoW Classic sometimes experience connection issues. However, these connection problems are quite occasional and in all cases quickly resolved by Blizzard.
Here we explain what to do in the event of a connection problem and error message on World of Warcraft and WoW Classic.
What to do if you have a connection problem on World of Warcraft and WoW Classic?
Every week, Blizzard performs a weekly reset of World of Warcraft servers. Taking place on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday (around 3 a.m. and 5 a.m.) it is normal that players cannot access the game between these hours. However, these updates are indicated in-game a little beforehand.
However, there are other possible bugs and crashes occurring occasionally (like blz51934200 for example). Typically these bugs come from the servers so there is nothing players can do except wait for the realms to come back online.
In the event of a connection problem, the best thing to do is to consult the Blizzard CS Twitter account or the official World of Warcraft website to find out if the problem comes from the servers or the player.
