Helldivers 2 Bug unable to join the game, how to solve the problem?

The year 2024 and especially the month of February promises to be rich in anticipated games, including Helldivers 2, a third-person shooter playable in cooperation. Helldivers 2 is now available since Thursday, February 8 on PC and PS5.

However, like every game launch, some players sometimes encounter bugs, including one involving the inability to join Quick Play sessions. We tell you how to solve it.

How to fix the issue connecting to Quick Matches in Helldivers 2?

If, like some players, you are unable to join a Quick Match and you receive an error message, well, you should already know that the developers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it. In most cases, this bug is due to a problem with crossplay which causes it to be impossible to join other players. However, the co-op with the Friends Code invite works perfectly.

While waiting for Arrowhead Game Studios to release a patch to correct the connection bug, here is a solution that was delivered on social networks:

• “ Pause ” the game and go to the “ Settings ” tab
• In the “ Gameplay ” section, go to Crossplay
• Click No to disable crossplay
• Save your changes
• Restart the game 

There you go, normally the problem should be resolved, but if the problem persists, you will have to wait until a correction is made.
