 Helldivers 2 is now available and some players are looking to know how to play solo. So we're going to show you how to play alone.

The year 2024 and especially the month of February promises to be rich in anticipated games, including Helldivers 2, a third-person shooter playable in cooperation. Helldivers 2 is now available on Thursday, February 8 on PC and PS5.

As with many cooperative games, some players wonder if it is possible to play solo and if it is feasible to play alone to complete the missions. We will therefore give you the answer to these two questions in the following lines.

Can you play Helldivers 2 solo?

If, like some players, you want to enjoy the game solo, well, you should know that it is doable. However, this is not done directly when starting the game as is the case with most games since here, it is a game designed to be cooperative, but you can do it by modifying the parameters of Helldivers 2. To do this, you will have to follow the following instructions:

• Launch Helldivers 2, then open the Menu
• Click on Options in the Menu and go to the Gameplay option
• Then change the “Player search privacy” part to Friends only, because it’s basically on the Public
• After changing this gameplay setting, save your changes using the “Confirm” button

All you have to do is start a solo game by going from the world map to the command room and selecting the mission that interests you. Obviously, to really play solo, don't try to play with your friends, and to be safe, deactivate the crossplay functionality.
