How to use Gizmo's flying car
The short answer to this question is that you will not be able to use it to explore the Metropolis map freely, something quite counterintuitive and probably not the answer you expected, but it is the only one you will be able to receive. The flying car will only be available in certain special missions, usually related to Gizmo's own Support Squad missions. It remains to be seen if this mechanic is added in the future to make exploration faster, but currently, you cannot invoke it in any way to move between districts.
