Yuji Itadori, a high school student and member of the spiritualism club, does not share the belief in the existence of ghosts... until a mission of his classmates turns into a nightmare. The relic they uncover, namely the severed finger of a thousand-year-old creature, attracts the attention of monstrous creatures! Without hesitation, Yuji swallows the finger to ward off bad luck... but he then finds himself possessed by Ryomen Sukuna, the famous two-faced demon!

Raw and Spoilers for JJK Chapter 253: Sukuna pierced by Maki! The fight becomes intense

Kusakabe explains that when cracks appear in Yuta's barrier, Maki must act quickly. Ino suggests sending additional reinforcements, but  Kusakabe explains that any intrusion now would move Sukuna's consciousness out of the domain.

Kusakabe points out the limited number of people capable of fighting such powerful enemies. Despite this,  Ino and Kusakabe encourage Maki to go ahead and attack Sukuna by surprise. Kusa mentions that Yuta's sign will appear the moment Sukuna has his guard down.

Sukuna reveals that Yuta deliberately destroyed his territory expansion, serving as a signal to his allies. Sukuna recounts how he was caught off guard by a surprise attack during the battle. He discovers that the woman without occult energy (Maki) can cross normal barriers with a cursed tool previously placed in the domain.

In the next page,  Yuji refuses to give up, saying the battle is not over. Yuji shares his difficulties healing certain wounds despite constantly using the  Reversion Spell  (RCT). Choso gives him advice on blood concentration to complete the contour of his body.

Hakari claims victory for their side, while Uraume criticizes Hakari's cursed technique and mentions something about Okkotsu. Uraume believes that Sukuna has not yet deployed his full power.

Uraume points out that even after the first fight against Gojo, Sukuna did not give his best. The fight against Maki and Sukuna continues, with an advantage for Maki who seems to be able to dodge all of the plague king's attacks. Find out the release date of chapter 253 in our dedicated article.
