Jujutsu Kaisen: Yuta hit by Sukuna's technique, what will happen to him in chapter 252?

 Sukuna was able to incant and use the technique that defeated the strongest of all exorcists, Satoru Gojo. Will Yuta survive it?

Beware of spoilers if you are not up to date, this article will talk about the last chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen, 251. In this last chapter, we follow the fight between Yuji, Yuta, and Sukuna, with an appearance at the end of Maki. Sukuna has been manhandled for 2 chapters by the latter and suffered heavy damage.

Our protagonists' initial strategy was to try to awaken Megumi's soul so that he could regain control of his body. Unfortunately, if you've read the last few chapters, you've seen that Megumi is lost and no longer has the will to live, let alone continue the fight. With the plan failing, Yuta took a devastating attack from Sukuna, the same one that ended Satoru Gojo's life.

Will Yuta survive Sukuna's most powerful attack in Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 252? 

Remember chapter 236 of Jujutsu Kaisen, the one in which we will see Satoru Gojo for the last time, the most powerful of all the exorcists. In this scan, Sukuna launched his attack, a Laceration capable of slicing through space itself. In total, he used this technique three times. Once on Gojo, once on Kashimo, and the last time on Okkutsu Yuta. Each time it was used, this technique left its victim split in two, except for Kashimo who managed to dodge it but still died.

For now, there is no way to know if he is still alive in chapter 252, but for many fans, there are several possibilities: 

• Yuta holds a katana in his hands, perhaps a technique capable of healing him, protecting him, or reincarnating him.
• Yuta will not perish since he was sliced ​​above the stomach, the stomach being the "storage" of the cursed energy.
• Yuta will be able to heal himself, but will no longer be able to fight Sukuna and it will therefore be a 2 against 1 with Yuta and Maki against Sukuna.

The bad news is that it's possible that Chapter 252 will not address Yuta's health at any point, but will instead focus on Maki and Yuji's fight against Sukuna, although this is unlikely. 

In short, we obviously hope that Yuta will get out of this situation, but knowing Gege Akutami, it would not be impossible that he already puts this character out of action , even if it means breaking the morale of the fans.
