- New mini-story in Wanokuni, where we see Onigashima sinking into the sea like the Titanic.
- The chapter begins with Vegapunk's pre-recorded message to the world. Vegapunk informs people that they have a few minutes to prepare their Den Den Mushi video in order to view the message.
- We see people from all over the world preparing to view the message, among them Morgans, Vivi, or Wapol.
- Gorosei members wonder where the message is being broadcast from.
- At Egghead, Kizaru attacks Luffy in multiple ways, but Luffy dodges.
- Luffy wonders why Saturn doesn't take damage from his attacks. He then crushes Saturn and Kizaru like pancakes and throws them away.
- Saturn still takes no damage and returns to confront Luffy.
- In the end, it seems Saturn calls the rest of the Gorosei.
- Next week there will be a break.

The chapter spans 15 pages, including two Color Spread color pages and 13 regular black and white pages. Titled "World, Please Answer," One Piece Chapter 1108 begins where the previous one ended, with Augur and Devon doubting Caribou's trustworthiness.
In the Color Spread, Nami, Robin, Hancock, Reiju, Uta, and Tashigi are shown drinking wine on a stylish Chesterfield sofa, accompanied by three Yorkshire Terriers. This Color Spread serves as a promotion for the new One Piece HEROINES novel, titled “Colorful,” which features short stories about these women.
The Marines encounter major difficulties with the Pacifistas, whose "Protective Bubbles" can block cannonballs. Doberman orders all the vice-admirals to hunt down Bonney as a priority, because his capture would allow them to take control of the Pacifistas. Vice Admiral Tosa, using a grappling technique called "Tosagami," attempts to attack Franky's group, but is defeated by Dorry and Brogy.
Dorry and Brogy then leave Franky's group with giant warriors to help Luffy, Sanji, and Vegapunk in the middle of the island. Vegapunk reveals that there is something on Egghead Island that he must protect. Meanwhile, Vice Admiral Bluegrass rides a "Sea Beast" with Doll, discussing the strength of the giants.
Luffy's group discovers that Vegapunk no longer needs to be transported, and he explains to Luffy and Sanji that he must protect Bonney. Saturn, returning in a new form, attacks Luffy and Sanji with poisoned leg whips, but Luffy skillfully dodges. Kizaru suddenly appears, attacks Sanji, and then stabs Vegapunk with his sword of light.
Luffy, taking things seriously, transforms into a giant size and grabs Saturn's head with one hand and Kizaru's body with the other. In an epic scene, Luffy declares that he won't let them go. Meanwhile, Sanji and Vegapunk walk away from the fight, and Vegapunk, despite his injuries, displays an enigmatic smile.
