Here are the spoilers for One Piece chapter 1109, according to Pewpiece on Twitter.
- The chapter begins where the last one ended. The recording that started in the last chapter was done in the past by Vegapunk. We can see Shaka and the other "Satellites" with him too.
- Vegapunk's broadcast signal causes all the Navy's Den Den Mushi around the world to broadcast his message, and no one can turn them off.
- Shaka suggests that people around the world will need time to prepare their screens and Visual Den Den Mushi. So, Vegapunk tells the people of the world that he will wait 10 minutes so everyone can prepare their screens and Visual Den Den Mushi.
- Usopp and Nami's group sees Vegapunk's message. They are perplexed as to what Vegapunk is doing (no news of Zoro, Jinbe or Brook in this chapter).
- Transition to Luffy, he is still holding Saturn's head.
- The 4 members of the Gorousei in Mary Geoise speak to Saturn. It seems they use some sort of telepathy (probably related to their powers). Gorousei: "Is Vegapunk really dead?" Saturn: "I think...I saw how Kizaru killed him." Gorousei: "So he must have used his death to trigger this broadcast... And probably, the source of the signal is in Egghead's Labphase."
- Now we see how people around the world react and prepare to receive the signal from Vegapunk.
- In Dressrosa we see Rebecca, Leo, Kyros and others preparing the screens. Leo: "Is this the doctor Luffy is holding hostage?" Rebecca: "Don't believe this news that tries to make Lucy look bad, Leo!!"
- In Foosha Village, Woop Slap says that they don't have a projector in the village, so they will just hear Vegapunk's voice.
- At the World Economy News Paper headquarters, Vivi is confused as to where Luffy is in the recording. Morgans says the broadcast needs to be pre-recorded (Wapol is there with them too).
- It's nighttime in Water Seven. Iceburg wakes up and tells his genius secretary Alice (7)-FI in Japanese, with Italian pronunciation (Aliche), to prepare some screens to broadcast Vegapunk's message. Alice: "I have already prepared screens all over the city, President Iceburg!!"
- At the Queendom of Kamabakka, Ivankov is surprised to see the new head of Vegapunk. Dragon thinks about when Shaka told him he was about to die. We can also see other people's reactions on other random islands.
- Return to Egghead Island. Luffy wonders why Saturn didn't take any damage, so he decides to use another strategy.
- Kizaru shoots a laser beam from his eyes, but Luffy dodges it
- Then, Luffy slaps Kizaru and Saturn together with his giant hands, using a very powerful attack called "Gomu Gomu no Dawn Cymbal" and turning them into a kind of flat paper (they also have stars which revolve around their heads).
- Luffy grabs the crushed Kizaru and Saturn and throws them both into the sea.
- Kizaru crashes into a warship and is seen lying panting on the ship.
- However, Saturn comes back like a boomerang and attacks Luffy with his legs (Saturn uses a technique similar to Luffy's "Gomu Gomu no UFO").
- Luffy dodges the attack. He is angry seeing that Saturn is not hurt. Luffy: "What!! Why doesn't he take any damage after everything I did!?"
- The 4 members of the Gorousei come into contact with Saturn again. Gorousei: "Saturn, there is no time! We cannot allow Vegapunk to speak!!" Saturn: "I know. So I'll call you all!!"
- Black lightning appears on Egghead Island. The Marines who see what is happening from the warships are in shock.
- In the final epic double-page spread of the chapter, Saturn touches the ground and 4 giant magic circles appear around him. Huge black flames rise from the magic circles.
- Luffy is in shock, his eyes popping out of their sockets.
- Luffy: "What the hell is that!!?"
- Sanji (wearing Vegapunk) watches in shock as the black flames appear where Luffy is fighting. Sanji: "Those things... Were there too when Grandpa Spider appeared!!"
- Message from the editor: “The “stars” are coming together!!” End of chapter. Break next week.

The chapter spans 15 pages, including two Color Spread color pages and 13 regular black and white pages. Titled "World, Please Answer," One Piece Chapter 1108 begins where the previous one ended, with Augur and Devon doubting Caribou's trustworthiness.
In the Color Spread, Nami, Robin, Hancock, Reiju, Uta, and Tashigi are shown drinking wine on a stylish Chesterfield sofa, accompanied by three Yorkshire Terriers. This Color Spread serves as a promotion for the new One Piece HEROINES novel, titled “Colorful,” which features short stories about these women.
The Marines encounter major difficulties with the Pacifistas, whose "Protective Bubbles" can block cannonballs. Doberman orders all the vice-admirals to hunt down Bonney as a priority, because his capture would allow them to take control of the Pacifistas. Vice Admiral Tosa, using a grappling technique called "Tosagami," attempts to attack Franky's group, but is defeated by Dorry and Brogy.
Dorry and Brogy then leave Franky's group with giant warriors to help Luffy, Sanji, and Vegapunk in the middle of the island. Vegapunk reveals that there is something on Egghead Island that he must protect. Meanwhile, Vice Admiral Bluegrass rides a "Sea Beast" with Doll, discussing the strength of the giants.
Luffy's group discovers that Vegapunk no longer needs to be transported, and he explains to Luffy and Sanji that he must protect Bonney. Saturn, returning in a new form, attacks Luffy and Sanji with poisoned leg whips, but Luffy skillfully dodges. Kizaru suddenly appears, attacks Sanji, then stabs Vegapunk with his sword of light.
Luffy, taking things seriously, transforms into a giant size and grabs Saturn's head with one hand and Kizaru's body with the other. In an epic scene, Luffy declares that he won't let them go. Meanwhile, Sanji and Vegapunk walk away from the fight, and Vegapunk, despite his injuries, displays an enigmatic smile.
