How to find ancient treasure maps in Skull and Bones?
Unlike the recent treasure maps which can be found on the merchant ships of the different factions of Skull and Bones, the old maps, for their part, can be found in the hold of enemy ships, namely the Renegades and the Corsairs.
To find out if one of these adversaries has an ancient treasure map, all you have to do is use your spyglass. After analysis, you will be able to visualize all the resources that the ships transport.
However, be careful, you cannot have more than 5 treasure cards in your hold! If you already have five, you won't be able to collect more, so remember to get the treasures as quickly as possible.
Old treasure maps - Red Island
So far, we've only managed to get our hands on 3 ancient treasure maps of Red Island. We'll update this article when we find more!
First ancient treasure map
I was aboard a Royal Company ship, in the middle of a raging battle. We ended up stranded near Red Island, southeast of Kaa Mangrove, but I saved the chest and buried it. Never again in my life will I look for treasure.
This treasure map instructs you to travel to the Sea of Wrecks outpost, at Sea of the Reef in the Red Island area.
The treasure can be found next to the water barrels which are located to the east when you are on the island.
Second ancient treasure map
They hired a hacker to monitor their merchandise. Wealth is finally delivered to me on a platter?! With fear, I escaped as quickly as possible from the forces of The Clan of Fara on Red Island, southeast of Mother of Wrecks. Could this become legendary?? I hope so.
This treasure map asks you to go to the Fort Louis outpost, on the Tenina Coast, in the Red Island area.
The treasure is in the high camp, next to the Trader and the Kitchen. You will find it to the west, in the sugar cane area.
Third ancient treasure map
The Royal Company had a nice chest, so I stole it. My only choice was to head for Red Island, northeast of Cache des Poachniers. This world is not made for me. I will set off to discover distant lands and new shores.
This treasure map directs you to travel to Dragonback Outpost in Moon Islands.
The chest is hidden under a tree marked with an hourglass. You will find it south of the Kitchen which is located in the high camp.
Old treasure maps - Grand wide
We only found one treasure map for the Deep Sea area. We will update this article when we discover more.
First ancient treasure map
I fought courageously for Les Corsaires and the reward was great. These takes are for you. The pirates are chasing us. I sowed them in Grand large, northeast of Oubliette. They are getting closer, my days are numbered.
This treasure map instructs you to travel to the Kokok Terapung Outpost in the Deep Sea area.
The treasure is located at the high camp, where you can find the kitchen and the overseas smuggler, by pointing your compass south.
Old treasure maps are full of good quality rewards . You will be able to obtain a lot of money, rare resources, such as sheets of glass or steel ingots, but also weapons and protections of better quality for your ships (Superimposed Scales III to give you an example) than those found in freshly buried treasures.
