What is the release date and release time for TFT Set 11 on the PBE?

Set 11 will be available on the PBE from Tuesday, March 5, 2023, at night. Logically, it should be released around 11 p.m. to midnight, if it's like previous editions.

This will be an opportunity for players to discover all the new champions, new classes, and origins, as well as the different system changes. Some information has already been revealed in Riot Games' presentation video.
