To do this, you will need to have a party emote equipped. You must land as close to the chest as possible and use the group emote at the same time as other players try to open the chest.

 The result? The rest of the players will have to make the gesture with you. That will be your little opportunity to open the chest, grab the loot, and defeat the enemies... or run away. 

A somewhat "tracking" trick that will allow you to use the gesture to "entertain" rivals and steal loot in the early stages of the game, when more people tend to try to open Fortnite chests at the same time.
