Hogwarts School is incredibly detailed and has never been presented with a degree of fidelity like that of Hogwarts Legacy. The school is more believable and realistic than ever, mainly due to the fact that it can be explored freely. But this also means that there is a lot hidden in its corridors and a lot to discover with a pinch of curiosity.
Speaking of which, the side-quest The Castle Treasury has you following an incredibly vague treasure map from a student named Arthur. It's up to you to figure out exactly where the treasure is, but it's very likely that you don't understand anything at first glance.

ARTHUR'S TREASURE MAP HOGWARTS LEGACY
The Castle Treasure quest is a quest to solve Arthur's treasure map. The map has no explicit instructions, just some pictures to decipher using your knowledge of Hogwarts. Of course, if you're new around here (and you are), that could be a problem. First of all, we need to locate the rhinoceros skeleton, then it's up to the dragon fountain and finally the painting.
Where to find the rhino skeleton
You will find this rhino skeleton in the Defense Against the Dark Arts Tower. Once you find it, you'll see that the map will take you straight to the stairs alongside. Go straight down and out the door in front of you to enter the Transfiguration Courtyard.
Where to find the dragon fountain
Now that we are in the Transfiguration courtyard, you will see the dragon fountain indicated by the map right in the center. Again, you'll see that the map will have an arrow pointing to the back door to the courtyard, so that's the route you need to take now.
Where to find the painting and the treasure
Once through the door, go forward and up the stairs to your right. After a stairwell, you should arrive at the map painting. Use Accio on the hook above the painting and it will turn into a door, with a chest to open. Return to Arthur after opening the chest to complete the quest.
