The High Fortress is a Hogwarts Legacy quest that will see you and Natty infiltrate the poachers' base to free some Hippogriffs. This is also the quest that unlocks Strongwing as a mount for use at any time outside of Hogwarts.
During this mission, you'll have to climb the walls to find the Hippogriffs trapped at the top of the tower, but it's not immediately clear how to do this. We'll walk you through how to wall climb in The High Fortress in Hogwarts Legacy right below.
THE HIGH FORTRESS HOGWARTS LEGACY
Once you get to the castle, you'd better use the Disillusionment spell on yourself as often as possible, since there will be many enemies around. Always keep an eye on the minimap, since enemies will be marked as red triangles when you are near them.
Depending on how many tasks you've completed, you'll need to use Wingardium Leviosa or a combination of Levioso and Accio to solve the puzzles you'll find on the tower. In short, each puzzle will require you to mine a chest somewhere. If you find a dead end and aren't sure what you should do, use Revelio and look for some large hidden boxes around the map. To get your hands on it, you may have to break some wooden barriers, use some leverage or go around obstacles.
Once you find the chest, take it near the wall on which you have to climb with Wingardium Leviosa and use Levioso on it when you are in position. It might take a moment to put it in the right place, but once that's done, you can jump on it and stay there as long as you need. From here, you should be high enough to scale any wall that stands between you and your destination.
The only other thing to watch out for in this mission is to raise the drawbridge. You can use Depulso on the lever repeatedly to lift it up, but once it's up, you'll need to use Accio to pull a lever, which will stop the drawbridge from falling down. This will allow Natty to enter the castle.
